I was not told that there would be an extra charge for a stain. I also was charged for an oversized room. Again, no mention of that. I do think that the tech was great and worked really hard.

The technician did a GREAT job of explaining everything to me. Your service got out all of the cat urine smell and stains on our carpet. Thanky ou Zerorez!

Carpet is soft not stiff like some carpet cleaners. Technician was very careful to keep outside dirt (it rained a little) and leaves outside. Very good about asking us to inspect his work, etc.

Keith was very professional and friendly. He was also considerate of our home and possessions.

The reason for the 8 instead of 10 is because it's only been two days and I want to be sure that dirt doesn't reappear. If it does, I'll call, but otherwise, you rate a 10.

My service tech was able to get a lot of the dirt stains out.

When I called to schedule the carpet cleaning I was told that it would be an additional $60 to treat for urine in one of the bedrooms in addition to the $33 standard charge. I wasn't happy but I know that I needed it to be done so I got it scheduled. When the technician arrived he told me that since it was in one spot that I needed to do a deep penetration of carpet cleaning for the room which is an additional $15 up charge. Even though I wasn't crazy about spending $108 to clean a 10 x 10 sized room I reluctantly said yes. Today, I still have strong urine smell in the room. I tried to call you guys three different times and was on hold for over two mins the first time, over four mins the second time, and two and a half mins the third time before I finally just gave up. I've like someone to call me to get this resolved. Thank you, Name removed

Genuinely clean carpets at a reasonable price. Jaime worked hard and fast and was very professional as well as friendly.

I wish the people had of told me on the phone to move the furniture out or I would be charged to move the furniture. I am not use to being responsible for that.
