Technician very polite and explained processes to occur. Very helpful.

Old carpet looks much better now. No lingering odor from the cleaning versus some other companies who apply some type of perfuming agent. Old stains mostly removed.

I thought your technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to give me some ideas on what I can do to keep my carpet clean longer in the future.
He also explained to me that zerorez charges the water so it can draw out more dirt from my carpets.
It has been about 3 weeks now and my carpets are still as clean as they were when Tomy cleaned them. It must be Magic, because there are 7 in our family + a dog!
(With any other carpet cleaning service my carpets have spots appear in the same location after about a week)
