Wonderful experience & results
I have used you at my home and was very pleased with the results. I contacted you again to give me an estimate for my company office to be presented with my budget and I was extremely pleased wtih your quick response and the courteous people I delt with on both the phone and especially the person who came out to do my estimate. As soon as my budget is approved I will be setting up my appointment for my office to be completed.

The technician who came to my house wanted to do a good job, I believe, but I had to point out about three areas where he needed to go back over. I believe he should have seen those areas on his own.

The services was good, but it was late in the day. you need to set better expectations for when you will arrive or how to get scheduled earlier in the day.
Carpets are left absolutely clean, no chemical smells. The staff (Reagan ) was very professional.
The tech was great and the carpet looks good. I feel like the tile was dirtier after having it cleaned than it was before. I ended up steaming my tile floors because they had residue all over them. However the grout looks good.

You had my rug for 3 months. I called numerous times and left messages and no return calls. Finally after being hold forever they located my rug. Delivery was set up and they realized they had the wrong rug so it had to be rescheduled. Lack of prompt communication was not optimal.
My carpets and rooms smelled fresh. Sergio was very knowledgeable and polite. He took time to walk through before and after cleaning. Her answered my questions about treatments and cleaning other items in my home.
The tech was very courteous and friendly. Did a good job.

Our technician was great - respectful and efficient. I think the the zerorez process is not that great, though. The carpet looked clean when the tech left, but by the time it was dry, there were big areas where dirt came back up.
I've used traditional carpet cleaning and never had this problem - and paid half the price for the service, so I'd be more likely to recommend one of those companies.
I did not see the difference as far as clean compared to any other steam cleaning
I still do not have my receipt. The final price was much more than advertised price and the overall cleaning was not superior to any other carpet company.
I do want to note that Paul who did the cleaning did an excellent job and is very courteous and professional.

Derek is awesome he worked really hard but I wish I would if known I coupled get most of house traffic ways done for same prices I paid for 14 steps and a -11x11 room and hallway

This is the third time we have used Zerorez. The second time you took us to the bank ! When the tech came this time I said let's discuss price first. He said he would clean a spot and I could see if I was pleased. Well he went on and cleaned everything. When he finished we talked price. We had a $25 gift card from our displeasure with the second cleaning price. He did a good job, tipped him a Jackson and he left. Still not happy not getting a price up front.
