My last two experiences with you all were good but this time very frustrating on the scheduling end.

Carpet cleaning did a great job on some very tough stains. Looked and smelled great when they were done. The tile steaming was very impressive. But best of all was the technician. He was very polite, friendly, explained everything, made sure I didn't have any questions or concerns and wanted me to check everything out before he left to make sure I was happy. He was awesome! I wont hesitate to use them again

Didn't get all the stains the first visit but was quick to come back and do what was need to take care of the problem. Good customer service! Thank you.

The two people were very professional and did the job very well. The carpet repair was done nicely and (although at bit pricy) was great and worth the price.

Scheduled at 1:30 -showed up at 4. Young man was very nice and did a good job. I understand situations can cause delays- and I was notified- but there is a difference of almost 3 hours. Overall, because of the young man's attitude and work, I was pleased.

I tried another company before zerorez and you could not tell they did any thing except get the carpet wet,I have 3 dogs and that dog smell was still there. But after Zerorez cleaned the carpets they looked clean,smelled clean,I will only use zerorez!!

excellent employees...generally don't try to upsell, although did this time a little bit, and mostly just do a GREAT job!

I love the feel of the carpet after it dries under my bare feet. It is so soft and residue free. I had service on Monday for half my house, then moved all the furniture for the rest on Wednesday. The tech on Wednesday was so fast! maybe those rooms were smaller and it is faster without furniture but he was able to finish everything in less than an hour and a half for three rooms. The tech on Monday was so thorough and friendly. I think I made him late to his next appointment.

I loved it. There were stains in my daughter's room (she has autism and likes to sneak drinks in her room instead of keeping them in the kitchen)-we weren't sure they would come out, but my associate explained the process and did a great job!

The last company that cleaned my carpet did fine with the cleaning but my carpet seemed to immediately look dirty and attract stains. I felt that the carpet had a lot of cleaner left in it. Only time will tell if that happens again. I chose you because of two recommendations from previous clients.
