My carpets look great!
Tommy was very professional and made sure we were happy with the job before he started putting his equipment away!! We were very pleased!

Ferst of all your service was great. Friendly, articulate, very able and seemingly an overall good person. Fast worker. Explained and demonstrated process and results.
1. My carpets did not appear clean after they dried. In fact, there were stains I could pull color from with an over the counter carpet cleaner I tried that night.
2. Two breakers were flipped -- not a huge deal -- but it appears that the GFCI was also tripped in the same rooms (where the grout cleaning was done). I had to incur the expense of an electrician to come and find the source of the GFCI to fix the outlets that were not working.
3. I found a spray of about 6" around the base of all of my very nice furniture in my office and bedroom.
4. I called the office and they said they would set up a reclean and have a manager contact me. That was 4/6/15. Lamisha Winston was very nice. I also emailed her the pictures and she responded that she would again have the manager call me. On 4/8 I emailed Lamisha again because I had heard nothing back. I still have heard nothing back. I have contracted another company to reclean the carpets and have issued a chargeback on my American Express. I'm concerned about the cost I paid an electrician, the cost of another cleaning, and potential damage to my furniture.
On time and service was great.
Tell me about the extra charge for pet stains in advance (when I got the estimate). I DID mention there were pet stains. I was caught off guard and felt a lot of pressure to make an immediate decision to spend an extra $225. And I really feel like I was overcharged AND required to pay for more than I needed and/or more than was actually used.
Chris done an exlent job on our carpet, and any questions we had he would take time to explain them.
P.S. the reason i have not responded till now is i had a hard drive crash.

The technician that recently performed carpet and tile cleaning at our house was very thorough and focused on doing the job correctly. He was curteous and friendly. He cleaned up after finishing, which is an important final step. Past technicians have left footprints that we had to clean up.
Had a horrible time scheduling the service.
You have many unresolved customer complaints on the internet. The call-in customer service representative that I spoke to was border-line rude.
The tech that came to my house did a fine job and did what I asked him to do.
Carpet much improved. The man who cleaned the carpet was very nice and gave me some good information about dealing with some of my carpet problems.
I like the technology where you basically use pressurized hot water to clean the carpets without using soaps and chemicals that stay in the carpet fibers creating more problems eventually

I was given a quote of $125 all around that amount one around a pain wa$ 471 I thought that was out rages

Well the first thing is the time I was given for a technician to be here was not met in time for me to make my next appointment. He was running late from his first appointment. So I had to reschedule to the next day. On that day, after I had said that I had to leave by 4:30, the technician was running late again and they asked if I could reschedule. Well, I had already taken time off of work to be here and I had already told them that I had to be somewhere by 4:30. I told them that I could not wait another day and that I would just cancel if someone could't be at my home that day. They found someone to come and when the technician showed up, he assured me that he would be gone by 4:30, but he was not gone until 4:50, which made us late for our next appt. The second thing is, after spending more that $750, the pet urine smell is still present. I have used this company before and have recommended them, but this time the smell is not gone and the carpet does not look that clean. I was going to have him do the stairs too, but we ran out of time.

I just would like to see majority of spots cleaned. Though they were pointed out to the technician, many spots still remained on carpet.
It just seemed like they were in a hurry they cleaned 3 rooms a hallway and 15 steps in less than 45 min. Don't know if this is normal but it just seemed like they were hurrying through the job. I know it was Friday around 3:10 PM when they arrived and were done by 4:00 PM.
Although the technician was very friendly and professional. All my baseboards in the kitchen are now water-damaged after the tile cleaning and sealant.
