Good cleaning job. When tile/grout were not cleaned properly, they came back and did it again with no extra charge. The second time was a much better job.

Kyle Rogers did an outstanding job on getting our carpets cleaned, especially against the baseboards and where our dogs had tracked in mud. He was pleasant and we would definitely request him again.

I requested a late afternoon slot and the technician was almost an hour late. He did call to inform me that he would be running behind, but I feel that due to his lateness the quality of service was less than I expected. I was originally told the job would take about 1.5 hours to complete well, and the total time in my home was less than 1 hour.
We will NEVER use another floor cleaning company as long as ZEROREZ stays in business. This is our second time using them. Their professionalism - quality - and price is outstanding. They are everything they advertise and more. Thanks.

robert, my technician, was awesome! he was very personable, i didn't feel like some task he had to complete and check off his to-do list. he took the time to explain the process and addressed any questions i had. he made me aware of other services you offer (tile, furniture, counter-top and area rug cleaning) without HARD SELLING me! that's very important to me. I don't like being pressed into buying things I may or may not need in order to fill some company quota to increase your bottom line! i believe if your people, services and products are top-notch, then i'll be the repeat customer who tells all her friends and relatives and they'll use your services and that will significantly impact your bottom line!
for the record, my carpet was very dirty but after robert finished, it looked amazing! i will use zerorez again.
No ride or smell
Tried to call during treatment, but both technician and I were on hold over 30 minutes until a human came on line to him -- never to me. That type of communication made for a schedule that had him arriving 2 hors later than scheduled. I had to sleep in a room with wet carpet -- not too good.
Further, when I scheduled the treatment, NO ONE mentioned any discounts. I am a repeat customer, a senior citizen, and did not have any major cleaning issues in my home. Discounts were only learned about from the technician doing the cleaning. He did a thorough job, was polite, and considerate.
I like how your company is able to get most of the stains out of my carpet.

the carpet does not get overly wet and they are able to get into tight spots and under furniture unlike using a big machine. the carpet does not feel stiff afterwards.
The technician, Roy Alltop, was the best I've seen. Knew the product and process inside out and counseled us on the best way to clean the carpet problems we had. Carpet look and smell very clean. Great job!
