I was disappointed due to misunderstanding on quote and I felt I was stuck because the technician was already on his way to the house. I felt Zero Rez thought they were right and it did not matter how I felt. Also, my carpet was not in great shape but I expected it to be cleaner(no corners cleaned)and carpet stayed wet. (very noticeable). When I got home my laminet wood floors were sticky and messy from the carpet being cleaned, technician did not do good clean up, my oldest daughter was there and she wiped up the water left on the laminate floors because she said he got them pretty wet in areas. I thought I would try Zero Rez and was excited to try them because such great things were being said by KLTY radio station. Sorry, I am very disappointed and felt it was very expensive and that I could of got the same job done for $99 instead of 182.00. My oldest lives in my neighborhood and was going to use Zero Rez but she was not impressed either.

Caesar was our technician, and he was amazing! He walked through the house and inspected for any spots that needed pre-treating. He explained everything he was doing before he started, and helped me walk through afterward to make sure he'd done a thorough job. I highly recommend him,and because of him, we will definitely use y'all again because of him. He was very professional and courteous as well.
The person performing the service was prompt and personable, eager to make sure I was pleased with his job.
Suggestion: I do think you can cut down on number of phone calls made to confirm the service and the date. Seems like I got numerous calls before to confirm appoint. date, arrival time, etc.
It should be noted that the technician was a wonderful person-friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The problem we had was with the end result of the 100 sq. ft. of tile cleaning. A little more that a year ago, we had you guys out to do our carpets and some tile cleaning as well. My wife and I were absolutely amazed at the way our tile looked...the grout looked brand new, it was almost magical. This time around though, we were unable to see any improvement at all in the appearance of the grout. One other thing worth mentioning is that the e-mail offers that you guys send out are a bit confusing with regards to what levels of service need be purchased in order to receive the given discounts/special offers.

We were quoted $400 for entire house. Wound up paying over $1100 for 3 rooms and the tech skipped a big part of the living room because there was furniture he didn't think to move or even ask about. The pet stains were bad but the tech's lack of communication and then he didn't show up at the scheduled time to fix the problem.

After our kitchen tile was cleaned, the grout turned white and was discolored. While this was ultimately fixed, it required us meeting twice more with two other techs and the inconvenience of having to be home for these appointments. We were also initially very distressed that our grout was ruined. I spoke with manager Lea Lewis and asked for partial reimbursement due to our inconvenience. She stated she would check with the accounting department and never called me back. I spoke with a customer service representative yesterday who said she would follow up and I still have not heard back from Lea regardless of what the decision was. Lea also stated during our first conversation that me leaving a negative review would not "put Zerorez out of business." I am very disappointed in the service and will make sure to provide feedback to the host at KRLD who promotes for Zerorez.
Amid Raoudi and Grabriel Hernandez were our technicians and did an excellent job. I like that it is chemical free.
