I think that the service is very good. I have used you before, but there was one thing, that I was very much upset about. I was quoted 33.00 a room which was right, but we had a round rug done that was done before and I was charged 40.00. We were charged 75.00 for that rug this time that is not a big rug.
I was not at home at the time, my sister was, and I would have never gotten that rug done for that amount of money. I was very upset about that.

I would use you again, but would not have that rug done again, that was a little much for that rug.

Your technician was very polite, well-spoken and looked professional, and he kept me apprised of what he was doing. He pointed out probable trouble areas. I am pleased with the outcome of the various items cleaned and will use you again.

OBSERVATIOn...When I compared this visit to my first, I noticed that the traffic area in den and dirty area in the dining room were treated differently from my first visit. On my first Zerorez call, traffic areas in the den were treated with a dry chemical first, raked into carpet, swept up and then cleaning process was done. Possibly you have since changed your procedures.

My carpet looks great, he went the extra mile, was on time and very polite.

I think he did a great job. I was disappointed that some of the pet stains didn't come out. But that wasn't the fault of the technician.

The job was done well, the price seemed fair for the service provided,and the timely arrival of the tech added up to a favorable experience.

He did a thorough job and was friendly and courteous. My tile bathroom floor looked brand new!

I like that the cleaning is chemical free. The technician when above and beyond. He helped me clean up after my dog had an accident on the tile floor.

The service did nothing to ckean the area, if anything it is worse

I did not get my gift voucher, and I did not get the 15% off that was discussed as part of the special I referenced on the radio. I did not notice until today when I reviewed the bill.
