The old system is a phone quote then when they arrive and give a final quote. make it so that if I do not like the live quote then you pack up and I am not charged or designate an employee to make a phone quote that is accountable. We were charged close to $100 more dollars than the initial quote. We look at what was done and say was it worth it. For an additional 300 dollars I could have laid down a wood floor.
Good customer service.
Carpet was damp for over 24 hours but final results are nice and clean. Also, didn't get our gift card for the Brazilian steakhouse.

First I will comment on the customer service and the courtesy of the technician that was sent out. My wife said he was very nice and VERY courteous, taking extra steps to accommodate our son's nap time. So please don't take our rating as a negative towards the technician.
My issue is with the look and feel of the carpets after being cleaned. These carpets are 2 years old, and only two adults have lived on them until the last year (our son is 13 months). I don't have any issues with dirt or stains. The problem is the carpet still looks matted and old. My past experience with Dalworth carpet cleaning at one of my other properties was fresh and rejuvenated carpet after being cleaned. It would look fluffy and soft, and that carpet was 8 year old builder grade carpet.
I didn't get that feeling with the Zerorez cleaning. In fact the major difference I noticed when I came home from work was that the carpet was wet. It still looked matted. Is this normal?

The issue is cost. First of all is the trip charge of $10.00 is stupid. It might have been OK when th cost of gas was$4.00 but now it should be discontinued. The cost of $60.00 per room is again too high. My $99.00 job came to over $400.00. Great bait and switch job.
Clean and green technology.
Attention to detail, such as remembering to bring all tools needed to execute the job. As well, take measures to prevent the damage to property that I experienced in my appointment.

My appointment time was 1:30 - 3:00. Your person did not get to my house until 5:45PM. I also received a call to tell me the person to clean would be at my house about 3:45 and the person calling would notify me 30 min before he came. I had not heard anything by 4:30 so I called and was told that he was on his way! When the young man got to my house he was very apologetic and said that he was having problems with dispatch all day. He was very considerate but had been working since 7:30 AM. He was very tired when he got to our house but did a fairly good job. To make it right you could refund $50 to me.
Your customer service communication system is flawed. I had an area rug picked up for cleaning on February 9 and was told it would be 3-4 weeks. At 5 weeks, I called to check on my rug and was given excuses such as the weather etc. when it finally arrived it was not repaired and had been damaged further during the cleaning process. I returned the rug and finally called customer service to express my discontent. Ms Lewis said she would expedite my rug and I finally received it on April 10. I requested a 4 pm delivery which I was assured would happen. However, my rug showed up at 3pm and I was at work. As a result my rug was delayed and finally arrived at 530 pm thus interrupting plans I had made due to the assurance your company gave me. I took the recommendation of KRLD news anchors but have been very dissatisfied. The quality of work your company contracted to clean my rug appears fine but do to lack of communication by your call center I will never use your company or recommend it to anyone.
No harsh chemicals, fast dry time, and friendly reps.
Clean feel of carpets after service. Courteous techs. My 13 year old carpet looks like new except for spots we can't get out.
Timing of arrival. Should not over schedule. Cleaning of small bathroom rug (5 x 7) cost as much as a new rug. Way overpriced. Employee did not give price for cleaning the rug. Never would have had it cleaned at that price.
Once again, you have made us look great!!!!

I prefer the quality of the cleaning I get from Zerorez over the previous company I used.
You don't use all the usual chemicals, which I distrust.
You always do a great job and your staff/technicians are all so nice.
The whole experience was easy, friendly and great service.
Seems this service was not up to the standard u have set in the past. Courteous clerk. Not happy with carpet. usually 2 men do a better job. One just seems over worked and tired. Didn't ask him to replace furn. Didn't get the tile grout clean as promised. Didn't get cert for del. Frisco. One room didn't clean very deep was he out of water?
The quote was for $300 and my wife mentioned that the dog had made messes, but when the tech got here, he upped it to $600 and said it was because of the doh.
Get coffee stain out of my carpet.
