Ricardo was GREAT. And our carpets smelled good right after they were cleaned. But unfortunately, the smell returned within hours of the carpets being dried. They are going to need to be recleaned.

You can have a supervisor call me as customer service representative, Jessica, promised me. It's been three days since I was told a supervisor would phone me and no one has called. This is the 3rd attempt I have made to reach out to you to discuss our dissatisfaction. We're a repeat customer and we are extremely disappointed. We'll not be using you in the future...nor will we be recommending you to any of our friends or family.

When do I get the $50 Estilo Gaucho Brazilian Steakhouse Gift Card?

I've used your company several times and experience is either good or not so good. I wish your technicians were not trained to sell add on services.

When your staff did the hallway on 11/24/14 ( I save all my household related experiences), the tech said it measured 8 linear feet, yesterday, it magically measured double that amount at 16 linear ft. How can there be that much variance which yields double the cost?

Lastly, it was my understanding I was the 3rd customer yet the tech ran out of foam blocks to put things on like floor brass lamp which on one occasion had no foam blocks put under it and required return by supervisor to remove rust stains. When I asked for foam blocks, you'd think I was asking for the moon. He suggested I put it on plastic. Well, carpet isn't going to dry covered in plastic. He also put a piece of furniture - a magazine rack on an antique white fabric couch which I didn't want left there. When I asked him about moving it - again you'd think I was inconveniencing him.

I don't know how you train your techs but regardless of how good the Zerorez cleaning process is, the tech makes or breaks the customer experience and mine is at 50/50.
