The carpet is clean and the service was totally fine.
First of all, our appointment was supposed to be "after noon." I received the first call of the day at 1:45 p.m. to let me know that the service technician would not arrive at my house until 4:30-5:30. This was a Saturday. I have used your service in the past with a relatively good experience so I was willing to wait. I rearranged my schedule in order to do so. At 4:45, I was given a call stating that the technician would not arrive at my house until 6:00 p.m. I told them that I would need to run a quick errand but would be back by 6:15 p.m. We both agreed upon the 6:15 time. At 6:05 p.m., I received yet another call stating that the service technician would not be at my house until 6:35 p.m. He arrived around 6:50 p.m. By this time it was nearing dark and I was at home alone with my young daughter. When the technician arrived he appeared to be under the influence and he smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. He repeatedly asked me to walk over wet carpet to show me a stain that could not be removed or to try to sell me an additional service. I was called to every single room that he was cleaning in order for him to do this. Upon his arrival, he wore booties into my house. However, after he went outside to his van the first time, he never again wore them in the house. He tracked his footprints all over my very recently cleaned wood floors. In and out he went and never replaced the booties. About midway through the cleaning process, a downpour of rain came outside and did not stop while he was at my house. The front door was propped open to allow for the large, blue hose to come in to the house from the van. Meanwhile, rain was coming in on my wood floors. I found a towel and covered the wood. No attempt nor comment was made on his part to correct or help the situation. After he finished cleaning the master bathroom tile, he brought a big, metal machine through the house which was literally draining water as he went. (all over wood floors and my wool rug) I cleaned this up with a towel as well. The technician kept coming back and forth from the van into the house from the rain without the booties on. Each time he did this, I cleaned the floors again hoping that he would finally remember to use the booties. He never did. At one point, he noticed me cleaning and he told me he would do it. When? Water sitting on wood floors is NOT good. Especially the amount of water that was left by the large machine. The technician was finished cleaning at approximately 8:15 p.m. He left STANDING WATER on my tile floors and a LOT of it. So much that when my husband returned home from out of town the NEXT DAY at 12:30 p.m. there were STILL PUDDLES of standing water all around the toilet. My husband was not please and mentioned it to me. I had not been back in the bathroom the next day as I was avoiding the area as much as possible. This technician could not have known what he was doing. In addition, it seemed as though residue was left all over my carpets on the stairs and upstairs as they now have a "crunchy" feeling when you walk on them. This was NOT my experience the last time I had my carpets cleaned by your company. In fact, I have not had another company come back to clean since zerorez came out about a year ago. All of this was caused by something the technician did when he was at my house on Saturday evening.
My carpets are so clean when you guys finish I feel like sleeping on the floor.
The technician that came out was very knowledgeable about the product and the cleaning process. My travertine floors in the entry way looked brand new after the cleaning! The carpet looks great as well - very pleased!

First of all let me say that the men that you sent out were very nice and professional . I felt that the orice was too expensive for what I received . I was very pleased with the grout , but I expected that my tile would be cleaned even in the corners. After all I did pay for my tile to be cleaned . Before the men left they asked me to inspect their work . The tile floor was still wet and I assumed that it would dry clean and spot free. Instead it dried in dirty big dirty spots some next to my freshly cleaned carpet sll around the baseboards . As I mopped it up I just got s lot of black residue let on the floor from the grout. How disappointing !
1. Technician should always wear shoe covers even during initial inspection.
2. Some carpet stains were not able to be cleaned.
3. Tile cleaning was not able to remove some stains.
4. The horizontal fan was very dirt with dust/lint. It was blown all over my clean tile in the kitchen.
5. No one is answering phone at Phone number removed or Phone number removed.
6. No one has responded to my email about how I will receive the $50 Estilo Gaucho gift card.
Overall, the technician was nice and did a good job.

Seems like employees have not received the same training. Some techs are very thorough while others are out in 25 minutes.

I've had better results with traditional steam cleaning. The quote was not accurate and some of the stains are all ready coming back up

I will recommend for the carpet cleaning - but not the tile cleaning.
Carpet was clean and soft with no more odor, tech was very good.
I sent in 2 very expensive authentic Persian rugs to be cleaned. One was returned just as expected. the other was returned with the Fringe broken and falling apart. Zero Rez agreed to fix/replace the fringe just like it was before the damage. Instead they replaced the fringe with cheap , nothing like the original grade of fringe used on the rug. the cheap fringe devalues the rug. I was told they would replace the fringe again, but never received a follow up to pick up the rug again and replace the fringe back to the original state. The rugs were originally promised to me by April 3rd and were not delivered until April 6th, with damage to the fringe. Lots of issues I am still trying to work out.
I'm very satisfied with the pet treatment and the general cleaning. The cleaning representative was very professional. He was prompt and completed the job in a timely manner. The dirt, stains, and odors are gone!
My carpet always looks great when they get through. It dries fast Don Anderson did a wonderful job. Very nice man. Explained everything to me.

Treating pet spots added another $250 to the pre-agreed upon total - does anyone really think we would spend $550 to have our carpets cleaned when we had planned on $200 - $300? The $300 bill should have included pet treatments in my opinion. Also, we were supposed to get a gift certificate to a steak house in Dallas but did not get one.

This Saturday tiled cleaned in our master bath and finish was stripped off the tile floor. Husband spent all Sunday refinishing the tile floor.
No restaurant voucher was left.Maybe that is in the mail?
Asked about a quote for hard wood floor cleaning and tile in the kitchen. Respond was 1.25 per square foot for tile and said another tech would have to give us a quote for hardwood floors.
