They actually worked!!! First time a company came through on their promises.
I like that there are no chemicals or soap used in the cleaning process. However, using water does take longer for the carpets and even the tile to dry. The service was very good and the technician was friendly.
You never disappoint! Every time you have cleaned our carpets I am very happy with the results! This time Tyrone was very careful to concentrate on some trouble areas as a result of some renovations we've recently had done. Love love love the Pro-Brush cleaner you use initially. Can't remember exactly what it's called. It's the machine that fluffs the fibers before cleaning.
Technician used too much water and insufficient drying and when the carpet finally dried 48 hours later the carpet was left with large brown splotchy areas. THIS VERY SAME THING HAPPENED THE LAST TIME I USED ZEROREZ ON JUNE 3rd 2014!
The service men were very professional and timely. The carpets were very clean with all spots removed and feel clean to the touch.

Usually I am very happy with the service. This last time, the service-technician was the absolute worst we've ever experienced. I still have NOT heard from management regarding the service we received.
I can still smell a bit of the odor in my guest bedroom and paid almost $500 for the cleaning of the whole house.

My carpet looked amazing, the service tech was friendly, efficient and thorough. And as your advertise, there did not seem to be any residue left in my carpet.
more disclosure of additional costs - pet treatment - at time of making appointment. I was quoted approx $230 before overall discount without mention of pet treatment. then all of a sudden the cost was double. also not sure i received the overall discount. the treatment was well done and had good results.
Our carpets always look very good after they are cleaned even the ones that are over 10years old. The technicians are always very helpful and professional. We have only used Zerorez since we tried them several years ago.
Get the address correct so the tech can find where he is suppose to be going!!

Scheduling; asked for a morning appt; told I was the second job; then found out the morning time was to "notify me when they would be coming" Unacceptable!!

I've tried to call the office and I am put on hold for a long time. I have streaks in my carpet and I need someone to inspect it.
The technician was not in a hurry to complete the cleaning of our carpets and explained all the processes of the treatment. He took pride in what he was doing and listened to our concerns with the cleaning procedure.
Give a more accurate appointment times. The tech arrived over 2 hours after the original three hour window I was given when I scheduled the appointment.

We have now been waiting 8 days for Leah to get back with us regarding her solution for the two carpet cleanings that made our carpet worse. We've left messages. Please have her call me.
When the services left my house they failed to inform me that my carpets would be damp for 2 full days after the service. As well the bedroom at the back of the house was the most wet out of all the rooms. I had a service done on a Thursday afternoon and the gentlemen were very nice and professional but I just don't feel my floors are clean. Like I said it took 2 full days for my carpet to dry and during that time span it smelt like mildew and was very musty. I honestly feel like my carpets are worse than before and am waiting until I get paid to get them cleaned professionally again, even though I was told I only need to do this process once a year by the representative who serviced my house. I appreciate the professionalism that was displayed by the workers but I do not feel that the cleaning was complete.
