The techs arrived between 6:15 and 6:30. I was originally quoted 4pm. Then I was told they would be 30 minutes late. An hour later.....
The spots on two of the chairs remain. Very expensive treatment with unimpressive results.
All the stains came out even the usual wear and tear. I had a big food stain that usually stains but it came out looking new.
The $30 pet treatment (that was added at technician's recommendation) didn't remove the pet odor as promised
I had used the cleaners a year ago and was very pleased. However, this year the carpet seemed to be much wetter after the process was finished. I questioned Austin and he said
no, it would be dry in 6 or 7 hours. My socks were soaking after entering the room to observe his work. The next day after all ceiling fans,and three table fans it was still wet in places. I do not know if it was because it was a humid/rainy day or more moisture could have been removed. Finally around noon the following day I consider it dry. Also the clothes in my closet felt damp for the next day. It does appear to be clean, thankfully.
Far more expensive than I expected.

The second Technician D'Carlos was very nice and tried very hard to make things right from the first visit but I just feel disappointed from what I heard on KLTY compared to the experience I had. My carpet is white berber and feel they are getting it to wet or something because from the second visit my room is better but the second room is worse-side of the bed now is worse, turning brown and the stain has spread after cleaning. I would like D'Carlos to come out again for the second room to try and fix brown spot that spread. It was one stain about the size of a small show box and is now half way down the side of the bed. Thank you
The technician bent over backward to ensure he did the best possible job on a VERY dirty carpet. I am also very happy not to have a crunchy residue feeling on the clean carpet.Great job!
Most of the spots came out but new ones were created during the cleaning process. I have called and Zerorez is coming back to re-do the spots. They were very accommodating so we shall see.

When I scheduled appt I requested as early as possible. I have a baby that takes a nap at 1. Was told they could not guarantee first stop, but it would be noted. I was told a window of 8:30am-1:00pm. I was called on Saturday and told 11am. On Tuesday morning, I was called at 10am and told it would still be 11am. At 12:35 I was finally called again and told it would still be 45 minutes! Finally at 1:20, a technician finally showed up. I had NO problems with technician. He was very good.

I paid extra to neutralize the odor that was coming from the carpet. It is definitely better, but as the carpet dried, the smell got stronger. When I saw the receipt that was sent electronically, I see there was no guarantee regarding the odor removal.
The gentleman who came and did our carpets was very polite, professional and very thorough. He did such a great job! Will definitely use this company again.

I was dissointed in the scheduling. I asked for a morning service. I received a 4:30 slot. The woman in the scheduling office did get me a 2:30 slot later. In the day.
