All associates were really friendly and Mr Findlay did a wonderful job, very professional and courteous. I was told my window was from 1:30-6:30'. I received a call on Saturday that advised they would be at my house around 6pm. due to cancellations I received the first call that a technician was on thier way at 1:30, I advised I couldn't be there until 5:30pm I was leaving to travel there at 4:30 when advised a technician was at my house and I needed to get there because I was taking time away from him and his family if he had to wait. Seriously? Manage expectations, if i hadn't received the call on Saturday advising of 6pm, I would have made arrangements to be there for the entire window, I'm sorry if you had cancellations because of rain. this made it very stressful for me. I will refer you to friends but with the caveat/disclaimer that you need to clear your schedule or have a stressful experience. Also, I never received my promotional gift card.

Your representative service technician, Omid Raoufi, was nothing short of outstanding! He shared knowledge and recommendations in a cooperative and professional manner to the degree that we would ask him back by name and recommend him to others by name. Do what it takes to keep him on your team!! He's GREAT for your business ... and our carpet and tile!
The product used on the carpet is fantastic. You guys can most any stain out without applying harsh chemicals. The clean smell leaves my house smelling wonderful!
Your service technician was very nice but he didn't get to our house until around 6:15 pm. I was not happy at all with the living room when he finished cleaning. There was one particular large area that did not look clean when it dried. It looked smeared to me and it was only soil, no stains in that area. I have used Dalworth in the past and it always looks clean when they finish in that area. It was around 8:00-8:30 pm when he finally finished cleaning. I believe he was very tired after a long day and he was cleaning when it was pouring down and stormy outside. I felt sorry for him. The rest of the carpet looked better but there were some stains that didn't come up. They were not bad stains so I felt like they should have looked better when he finished. I don't know how you can make it right. I probably won't be using your company again.
Wait times for a reservation agent are horrendous. I would have given a "10" rating if the hold times for an agent weren't sooooooo long. If I were to recommend a friend I wouls caution him/her about the wait time for a reservation agent but would tell them the actual work is superior.

Gets stains out of carpet. However, I find it strange that the technician can give you a "better deal" than the person you talk to when setting up the appointment. The free tile cleaning is basically just wetting your tile. I had water based paint on a coupled of areas that should have come up without any problem but they didn't and I was told I would have to pay extra. I didn't pay extra of course and was easily able to wipe it off without much effort. I was also told that all of the stain protector basically was taken off of my carpet with the cleaning and was trying to be encouraged to pay more for stain protection. My thought is not to use a company that strips your carpet of stain protection. The first experience was much better than this one. Probably will think hard before using again.
I have learned (the hard way) to insist on the first appointment of the morning. You do not have a good handle on how long each appointment will take. Last time (before this appointment) I took the entire morning off from work. I was assured I was the second appointment of the day and you would arrive between 10 am and 1 pm. I went back to work at 1 pm and got your call at 1:30 pm. Super frustrating.
Although we are having Zerorez come back for a second cleaning, we still love the fact that you clean with empowered water!

Your service is considerably more expensive than other similar services. Your advertised promise about the patented technology restoring carpets to "like new" condition falls short of reality. Stained (coffee stains)and high traffic areas, still not as clean / restored to "like new condition" as advertised /expected. Previous traditional treatments with steam and other chemicals applied to these areas delivered better results. This said, your crew was professional and dedicated in doing their best to clean our carpets.
I made two phone calls requesting to speak with a manager after my last service. I was promised both times I would get a call and did not get one. I refuse to do business with a company that exhibits such poor customer service.
Friendly, on time, good results
I feel your services are too high for the end results. I was charged and extra $60 per room to get my carpets treated for pet stains. Two of the rooms had minor staining so your charges are way too excessive in my opinion. In the end, the stains did not come out. For the amount of money I paid, I expected to see better results than the previous company I had hired. The results are the same between zerorez and a regular carpet cleaning company. I was willing to pay extra to see better results as I will be putting our home on the market very soon. In the end I was really disappointed in the results. I could have just paid half the price and gotten the same results. For this reason, I cannot highly recommend zerorez.

Miguel and Austin did a wonderful job on our home. They were very up front and honest about our carpet and upholstery situation and they stayed until the job was done. They were very respectful of our home while they were here.
