Your customer service rep who came in and completed our carpets was polite, courteous, cared about the quality of his work and sought immediate feedback to ensure we were happy. It was after 9:30 pm before he left our house and he was still in a good mood and focused on doing a good job not just getting home.

You didn't. I am just not into recommending services. I was able to get out a couple stains with my home cleaner, that my service technician did not get out. But he was very nice and accomodating, and willing to work with my needs.
If the question had been :How happy were you with the service? I would have rated it an 8 or 9.

The service tech that cleaned our carpet did the best job that could ever be done. We are very pleased. We will recommend zerorez as often as we can!!
I waited for 4 hours for the cleaners to show up. they kept telling me they were going to be there and then they weren't. When I called customer service to figure out where they were I was on hold forever.the price the people over the phone told me was completely different than the price the cleaners told me when they got there. Had I known it was going to be such a big difference I wouldn't have had them come. However, I had waited for hours so I just went ahead and did it. I called customer service and they were able to knock off some of the price. It was only $30, but I took it because it was better than nothing. Also, the cleaners were very unprofessional. They were making jokes with each other, saying things that seemed like inside jokes, they were really slow in getting the process going, & I was super irritated as it was because of how long I had waited and then they come in my apartment and are acting very unprofessional. That only irritated me even more.they walked out of my apartment not knowing that I was following them and proceeded to talk about me as they walk down the stairs. I was very unhappy with this whole process. The carpets do look good, but I still would never use this company again or recommend it to anybody else because of the difficulties I had. I'm sure I could have found another company that probably would have charged me less and been more professional. The way I see it is, if the people of the phone are going to give me a price and the carpet cleaners tell me something different, customer service should honor the price I was given originally.
Great technician. Did a very good job
No harsh chemicals and my carpets look almost new again. The representatives were efficient, friendly, and generous in giving us their knowledge of the cleaning process and all of the options we could have. They even took our wool Oriental carpet with them to clean at their facility and return to us. We were not aware that carpet could ever be cleaned and are thrilled to know it will soon return to us like new.

The technician did an excellent job. He was professional , worked hard to please , and took care to not damage furniture, floors, or walls. The carpet turned out great, it is clean and soft! This is my third time using Zerorez and was pleased each time.

The cleaning was fine, and I have no complaints. Your server, however, could do with a little more courtesy. It may be a language problem, but he could learn to say "please" and "thank you," and address your client by her name, in this case, "Mrs. Last name removed." I did not have to be told five times that my carpet was dirty. That was why I hired you to clean it. The stains that he said would come back have not yet appeared. Good. Incidentally, your dispatcher could be a little more helpful.
