Environmental friendly.
No chemicals, nice service
Don Anderson was my Tech. He and his sidekick. I will request them for each and every time I schedule an appointment. They were professional, very personable and extremely concerned for my concerns regarding how the service was, how the carpets looked when completed, etc. Don is my man for when I need the job done. I would; however, like to say that when comparing prices with the other major carpet cleaning companies (ie: Dalworth, Stanley Steemer) that I found the pricing to be much higher. I do know the technology of Zerorez is amazing and so far has produced excellent results, but just from a consumer standpoint, you guys are really expensive in comparison. Other than that factor, my carpets look awesome. The pet smell is diminished greatly and I had a SUPER team at my home! I would definitely recommend Zerorez to any and all of my friends............but with a headsup that it is a bit pricey. I do adore the fact that my carpet does not have that "crispy" feel under my bare feet as it has in previous cleanings with other companies! THAT is awesome! Thanks for great people and great service!

Company communicated that arrival time well; the cleaning person explained the services well. explained exactly what would be done and the cost.
I like that the carpets look cleaner and that no harsh soaps were used. Also, my technician, DeCarlos was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and he didn't try to sell me on things that I didn't need. I really appreciated his hard work.

The problem still exists after 2 tries, except now my vacuum is broken since the guy used it to vacuum up water. There are also two additional problems spots when I turned my vacuum cleaner over to find out why it was no longer even turning on. Your company owes me a new vacuum cleaner and 3 spots cleaned now. If this is how you do business I will be glad to put this on social media sites to let everyone know your poor quality of business. I do not want the same guy to come to my house.
Worst cleaning service ever would never recomend. Guy was quick and rushed the job. Have had cleaning service in the past and he took half the time it should have taken. Called and complained during cleaning but he continued to not listen after dispatch called. Your company advertised you get out tough stains and that is just not true. Very very dissatisfied.
did not get out the stains in carpet --will be calling to have service rep come out again.
Want to make sure you know that the service rep, Paul, that came to my house was very profession and thought he got out stains but when carpet dried the stains came back!
There were many areas not cleaned - corners still dirty, areas around table legs were dark brown, maybe stained from the table legs?? For this amount of money, the cleaning should have been thorough. I would like someone else to come and do the areas that were poorly cleaned.
I love that your work is done with WATER and not soaps and suds. I'm always very pleased with the outcome.

Excellent quality of service and technician was wonderful. Furniture looks like new. Great attention to detail, very professional and thorough. I was concerned about pet smells and hair- you wouldn't know I have pets now. Would use again for sure and highly recommend.
Was quoted one price on the phone, and what I actually paid was quite a bit more. I didn't get the receipt showing exactly what I was paying for until AFTER I had paid. The service man did an excellent job, but for what I paid, I could have purchased a top of the line home shampooer and done them several times myself. If I had been quoted a price anyplace near what I paid when I called, I would not have booked the service since other places I called were at or below the price I was told it would be. On my itemized receipt, the hallway is included in the room total, then lower I get charged another $70 for the hallway-why did I pay double for a rather short, barely used hallway? I was charged for 4 gallons of pet stuff, when I was told he would be using 3, and 1 was included, at $60 each, that's $120 added on that I wasn't expecting.
Amazing results!!! Kyle was such a pleasant person and able to answer my questions and was willing to listen to my concerns in such a positive and professional way. It was obvious that he not only knows your system well but that he enjoys his job and puts customer satisfaction as a high priority. It was such a positive experience not only to have great looking clean carpet but to have someone in my home who was not only sold on your services but genuinely cared about doing a great job with such a pleasant approach.
I like that there are no filmy soaps left behind in the carpet cleaning. I also like all the service options provided. The service agent who came to my home (Tyronne) was excellent. I was able to get an appointment the same day that I called. I requested a phone call 30 mins prior to arrival and someone did call me as promised. Excellent customer service all around.

Great service! I really liked how the service technician did his very best to tell me what things cost so that I could make the best decision without being surprised by a bill as he packed his equipment up. I will definitely use Zerorez again!
