The service was quick, thorough, and addressed my severe pet odor/stain problem. The technician was polite and professional.
I was charged for 1 room that I didn't have cleaned, there was a $10 fuel charge (really?!), I did not get a gift card to Estilo Gaucho and the coupon stated that I would get 100 sq. ft. of tile cleaning that was not done. I was not home at the time of the cleaning, so I could not request that the items be taken care of.
I Love how clean the carpet is, it makes my whole house smell clean and the carpet technician was really great,knew exactly what he was doing.
I like that you don't use soapy cleaners and that the carpet dries pretty quick. The technician was here five minutes early and was done within an hour. The carpets were dry by the time the family came home.

The quality of the cleaning was exceptional
I asked to have carpet cleaned in 3 rooms. Technician basically spot cleaned the rooms and didn't clean entire areas.
There was a tacky feel to the carpet after it had dried
One of the rooms still had a pet urine smell in it

From all the commercials I've heard, I expected the stains ro be gone. They are not, they are a lighter shade so not as obvious but my carpet doesn't loo like new.
That it's done with water, not chemicals. Friendly service and scheduling was easy. The carpet looks great and feels great too.

The associate spent 10 minutes cleaning my bedroom hall and living room. The carpets were still wet 12 hours later even with fans blowing. He was in such a hurry that obviously didn't even suck any of the water back out of the carpet. When I saw him in my living room, he was going over the carpet so fast that I thought he was just vacuuming. What a waste of money. I was going to have him do 4 rooms but he said he couldn't change what was already in the system.
The products work. Miguel and Shawn were terrific!
Don't know if I would recommend because this was a revisit, but they technician was nice and did a very good job. I can see no traces of the stains he came out to work on.
I'm not too familiar wih carpet cleaning services, but after the team left and the carpet dryed, I had 5 large stains left. I pointed a few out before and described what they were, but I think they forgot and only worked on a few. Unless I specifically pointed out the stains multiple times the basic cleaning did not lift too much. They guys were nice, but maybe since it was the last job they were rushed, idk.
A guy came out a few weeks later and completely lifted all the stains with his methods. Next time I would have to keep an eye on the job to make sure they work the bad areas more.

Thorough, dries quickly, attendant alert to requests and pointing out specific spots, friendly representative.
The efficiency of the cleaning team, their product knowledge and the fresh smelling house. Some stains remained but not sure if they'd come out or not.
The spots normal dirt did not get fully removed and appear to be coming back. I don't believe enough attention was given to pretreatment nor enough protective coating was put on the carpet. In the past I have been totally satisfied.
Well to start call 24-48 hours in advanced as said, in your email upon confirmation of appointment booked. Then make sure your voicemail is not full and someone is available to talk to customers at time listed as operating hours.
