I think you need at least two people to clean carpets. The first two times I had my carpets cleaned there was two people. It would cut down on the time that it takes. The carpets were much damper than before. He was busy all the time and did a good job.
Carpet cleaning service is clean, efficient and long lasting. And, any problems are promptly addressed. Recommend Zerorez to everyone I know!
Exceptionally fast response, same AM service! William did a great job, but still some spots remain. I have on additional comment. Your company as well as others, charge for a three room carpet cleaning; we only needed a partial carpet cleaning and was charged for a three room cleaning. I think this is an excessive charge ($117.00) for such a small area. William did "comp" us for a small amount of cleaning fluid used, but still we see stains . . . I believe that the company we purchased our carpet from may honor a new carpet under warranty.
How clean the carpet gets! Service has always been great!
The technician's tile cleaner was broken, so he was not able to clean our bathroom floor.

We have been especially pleased with the tile cleaner! No more build-up that looks awful after a few cleanings. And having the cleaner delivered to our house whenever we need more is a real plus too!!!
The service man was very knowledgeable and did a great job! I had no idea just how dirty my carpet and especially tile floors were!!
Great service with great results
Leave carpet dry. The only thing wrong this time was that I didn't get a time for them to get to my house. I was told that they would call 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled day to give me a 3 hour time period when they would be there. We were called 20 minutes before.

Our technician was Tommy. He arrived on time and was very courteous. He explained what he was going to do to make our carpets look like new. Besides cleaning our carpets, he cleaned the small tile entry. It looks fabulous!

Awesome product and technician. He was excellent. However, your customer service wasn't very good. Our time was scheduled between 11 and 1 and we had to keep calling customer service to find out why our tech wasn't here yet. We were told by customer service at one point that our tech would be finished with previous job in 15 minutes and we would receive a call from him. However, 1 hour and 25 minute after that call, he arrived at 3:15. This is not the tech's fault but the communication from the customer service department. We never had this problem in the past, and sincerely hope it doesn't happen again.
The Zerorez representative did an outstanding job and was customer focused.
Carpets look and feel brand new
One techncian was not able to successfully move my rug; should have sent 2. Also, the carpet pad was bunched and showing even after attempts to staighten. Technician seemed in a hurry to leave.

I was looking to get the odor out of my furniture which it did get the pet odor. But it left a chemical smell and now the furniture looks splotchy. I was hoping that would go away once it dried completely, it did not.

Left a hole the size of a nickel in the bathroom grout that they cleaned. Have sent a repair request to ZeroRez.
Safe cleaning method!
Communication with your answering service was horrible. I had to call 12 times to follow up and I never heard from the technician as to when he was arriving. He showed up 2 hours late.
It was easy to schedule an appt. You have great "follow-up" standards. The scheduling people I talked to, and the technician that came to my house, were all super friendly!
Not a lot of Chemicals used and still the carpets feels very clean and Drying is quick.

I was completely satisfied with the company. The disappointment I had I think was my own misconception. I had a porcelain tile floor cleaned and I THOUGHT the grout would be much cleaner when the cleaning was done than it turned out to be. Truth be told, I can not really see much difference in the grout today than before it was cleaned. Pretty expensive mistake on my part, I guess.
