AARON WAS VERY GOOD AT HIS JOB AND GAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IF OTHER COMPANIES AND THEIR EMPLOYEES OPERATED THIS WAY THE WORLD WOULD BE A BETTER PLACE TO LIVE
technician was exceptionally attentive to customer satisfaction
he was courteous
he worked very hard to complete the task thoroughly
The technician we had did an amazing job; my husband was there and was very pleased with his work.
The technician, William Giraud, was very polite, knowledgable and helpful. The next time I schedule a Zerorez visit I will request him.
Results and staff who completed the work
Great job - arrived on time.
Simply, your prices are outrageous.
Your carpet cleaning is the best.
But if it is so good, then why do you upsell pet treatments at a high fee per room? I can't believe my Ex was talked into this excess profit scheme.
We also needed some ripples stretched out, which was also done at a very high fee.
So, over $800 for a few hours work by two guys? Ex had to pay it though, in order to get house on the market.
I'm sure y'all will laugh all the way to the bank. Remember the phrase they taught us in school years ago...caveat emptor...which means "let the buyer beware."
I may continue to tell people your carpet cleaning is excellent, but to never, under any circumstances, consider any other services from your company.
The technician (Mr.Sierra) was very professional, polite and efficient. There was "no muss, no fuss" and my wife and I are very pleased with the results. We will use Zerorez again in the future. Please let Mr. Sierra know he is an asset to your company.
Carpet looks great!
No chemical residue.
Courteous technician, professionalism, and the quality of the services
That there are no chemicals that cause the stains to reappear in the same spots.
The man who did my carpets was very nice and worked very hard. My carpets look great. The only thing that concerns me is that after 24 hours my carpets still feel damp.
Overall carpet cleaning is alright. Technician, would not want him back for the following reasons. He was irritated when I ask him to move his truck so I could put my car in the garage before we had possible bad weather. He had not started yet had been there 10 minutes! He was on the phone many times during the job outside, made us feel like he had something pressing while he was doing our job. In the end he was short about what things got clean and what did not. I felt uneasy there by myself and about giving financial information which was put on his cell phone versus written on the contract, I wished I had written a check. The call center said he was one of the best and had been there over 2 years. When I asked about how long he had been with the company he said about a year. I am a real estate agent and have referred many clients to your company. I am not sure about future referrals.
Very friendly and thorough service.
I DIDN'T BELIEVE THAT THE PET STAINS THAT WERE IN MY CARPET WOULD EVER COME OUT BUT YOUR PRODUCT AND YOU TECHNICIAN DEVONNE DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB!
It's smells good. The pet products for carpet
Appointment took too long
The process and efficiency.
The customer service of the technicians was amazing. They explained the process and product very well and they did a great job!
Always great service and they do a terrific job
he did a great job
It may just be our carpet. It's only two years old but I thought it would look better than it does.
I am(Sorry,I was no more)Zerorez customer for last few years and when ever I need carpet cleaning when my renters moves out I use to think about Zerorez.
In my last experience I have bad experience.I ordered to clean carpet in my one of my rental property
and technician started talking to my renter what need to be done in my absence.
When I told technician just to do basic cleaning he was expecting my tenant to pay difference for additional services.I know they are getting commission but I wish they are trained to talk to person who has ask Zerorez to do provide services.
Sorry no more hassle for me in future by not calling you.
BTW:I have not receive my invoice yet.
I only had one disappointment and it was that the carpets took more than 24 hours before they were fully dry. One of the reasons I chose Zerorez was because you state on your website that carpets should be dry within 4 to 8 hours. The service man at my house thought they would be dry in about 6 hours. We moved our furniture into our house the same day that the carpets were done and we couldn't put anything in the main areas of the house due to the carpets still being very wet.(this was 10 hours after the carpets were cleaned) The service man was very kind and the carpets are very clean, but I felt very misled with the dry time.
Zerorez does just what they say... Cleans great and their employees are knowledgeable.
The only thing I saw different from the first time we used them; the carpet didn't seem to be as wet as this time. Have always heard that too much water on carpet will ruin it. Certainly hope not as our carpet is over ten years old and came with the "new home" which says "cheap carpet".
take time and inspect to make sure no stains left behind
No chemical smell and he was quick.
We were booked for a 4-6pm window for our cleaning 5/8. I was called at 3 and told our tech was running and would be there a little after 5. We were called by our tech after 7:30pm and told he would be here in 30 minutes. He said he was always set for 6-8pm. We had to reschedule and take more time off work and move our furniture again. Scheduling needs a little help.

Zerorez needs to rethink how appointments are scheduled. I've been a long time customer and I will not use Zerorez again. Giving someone a 5-6 hour window for the appointment is ridiculous! It's apparent that the company doesn't have enough trucks/staff to handle the work load.
