I like that your technicians didn't try to sell me things that wouldn't work for my situation. They were very polite, efficient and fast.

Got my carpet very clean. Loved the service. My carpeting was not cleaned well the first time. I called to let the Zerorez rep know that I was not happy with the cleaning job. No questions asked she immediately scheduled a different person to come and re-clean. The person who came the 2nd time was excellent. He worked very diligently to re-clean for me. He was very kind and personable. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name. I have never received the $50.00 gift card for the restaurant.

They always do a good job of cleaning the carpet.

Le Paul is the best technician you have, we have tried zeroez twice before and the first time the two that came were so bad. Next time we had Le Paul (hope I am saying his name correct) was so good that we had to request only if he is coming we want our carpet cleaned. and sure enough he was scheduled to come. He treats his clients with a lot of respect and dignity. He cleans the carpet as if he was cleaning the carpets at his own home with a lot of care. He is the BEST!!!! I hope you can clone him or at least he can be your top trainer for the new technicians!!!!!

Have used Zerorez several times over the years, like that soaps are not used. This time we had a room heavily soiled with pet stains. The pet treatment process took out the stain and most importantly the odor. Excellent product. The consultant on site worked with us to develop a plan that worked within our budget.

My scheduled time kept getting pushed back. I got about 3-4 calls that kept adding more time for when they would come out and then I had to reschedule because I had plans in the evening. Then they sent someone that did not have the tools to fix the carpet and again I had to wait.
