What do you like about our products and services?

Lots of interface prior to the appointment. Real pros came to do the work. They were excellent in every way.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The scheduling was the main issue. I was assigned to be the "2nd" appointment of the day but as of 1:30 I still wasn't sure when the tech would be at my home. I had to be available almost all day and then had to reschedule for the next day. I was scheduled again for the 2nd appointment of the day and it was after noon before the tech finally arrived. He did an excellent job and I was satisfied with his work. You just need to do a better job of scheduling and not expect customers to wait around all day. Anything more than a 2 hour window for the appointment is unacceptable.

4 hours later than projected. Ruined an anniversary night. Tech was exceptional but the timing RUINED an evening.

My service man was awesome. Very professional and knowledgeable about his products. I was disappointed that after drying the carpet still has a urine smell.

Have tried other carpet services and was disappointed with their results. I have a dog with very oily fur and Zerorez was able to remove all the dirty oil. Thanks

My 20 year old carpet looks brand new. I hated to walk on it afterwards. Service was well done and technician was very courteous.

Did a great job. Worked very hard to get it right. Had to come back the next day due to a broken hose, so he cleaned some extra tile for me.

What do you like about our products and services?

It's a great clean, but it's also the people you hire that make a difference. We have dogs, so we've had 6 or 7 cleanings from Zerorez and have yet to meet someone who was nice, extra helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were happy. Not to mention they get our carpets super clean!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Twice I have used your service, both times the carpet looks great wet, but when it dries some of the stains are still there. Also twice the service tech tried to charge more than what is quoted over the phone. The promo for a gift card to the steak house,,BOTH TIMES the tech left without giving it to me.

The Zerorez gentlemen that cleaned my carpets and tile were exceptionaly polite and efficient. My carpets looked like new when they finished. They left my home in perfect condition, end tables,etc., were replaced rightt where they had been with carpet plugs under each leg to eliminate the chance of their staining the. Carpets. I was extremely well pleased.

Listing to what time the customer prefers and trying harder to get them that time. Also actually calling ahead 30 minutes like you state you will.

Several small things went wrong that all added up to disappointment. I emailed about it on your website and received no response from that, yet another small thing. Too hard to get through on the phone, lady taking my order not helpful and didn't listen, scheduled time not handled right, carpet not clean along baseboards and where doors were closed, should have received a free room of tile cleaned for free per the radio advertising on KLUV, way way too expensive on tile cleaning for the whole house. Technician was nice and courteous.

Fix your front office. Darwin our tech was fantastic. However, talking with your company is now like calling the phone or electric companies - very aggravating and frustrating. Something changes since we used you last because it used to be a pleasure dealing with your front office and I never had to have a re-clean because of a poor cleaning job
