I had to wait longer than anticipated for the technician to arrive. They had to send another one other than the one scheduled. Since I have extremely dense carpet it takes longer than usual to dry. I wasn't totally satisfied with cleaning of the trouble areas.
Paul, was very friendly and helpful. He made sure that I was satisfied with the cleaning before leaving. Our carpet looks great!!
The service Tech was good and so far the carpet feels clean BUT visiually I really did expect to see my carpet to look cleaner. From the advertisements I've been hearing on the radio, I expected my carpet to "new" I still have spots that look dirty and the Tech tried to tell me that it was carpet breakage but I have fairly new carpet and it wasn't cheap.
Love that there are no harsh chemicals or detergents being used. Service was of the highest quality. Very polite and professional. We were highly satisfied with the results.

I like that no chemicals or soaps are used. Most carpet cleaning services I've used previously seemed to always leave residue behind which just attracted dirt and dust that much faster. I'm optimistic that my carpets will stay cleaner longer with zerorez.

Some of the water leaked out of the connections and left marks on our Travertine.
I requested the crew from last time . The lady on the phone said that the old crew would be here. (Supervisor was part of that crew) . That did not happen. Tile was not done. ( part of the offer)
