How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Your spray to keep pet urine from soaking in, did not work. Our dog wet on the carpet about 37 hours after the carpet was cleaned. My wife and I worked on the spot immediately. But, we still had a spot.
My wife thinks she can get it out this week end.

Ya'll do what ya'll promise. When I first heard about Zerorez I was told they can practically get any stain out and they can make your carpet like new. Well I really like the sounds of that because I just bought the carpet 4 years ago and it's my investment. I even recommend it to my parents and my mom loves the fact ya'll don't use hard chemicals.

The "carpet scrubber" was great; pulled lots of dog hair, etc. out of carpet. Carpets look and feel very clean.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

better equip your technicians! it's an embarrassment to the tech, and to the company as a whole. to have a tech with tools that do not work, an extension cord that actually shocks the tech when he tried to use it (because someone did not put it together properly), the beater bars did not work properly, BETTER TRAIN YOUR NEW TECHS!!!! These poor guys are just trying to make a living, and the company does not seem to care that their equipment is not in proper working order. Yes, I can understand that the tech is to make sure he has all his equipment, however, I feel it is the company itself that should make sure that ALL THEIR TRUCKS AND ACCOMPANYING EQUIPMENT ARE IN TOP WORKING ORDER!
We have used zerorez at least a couple of other times, many years ago, this experience was probably our least favorite one.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The scheduling was messed up.originally, I was told one time window and they told me I'd receive a phone call to narrow it down 24-48 hours before. I never heard back and when I called to find out the time, then they told me I had a totally different window. It turned out okay for me that day, but I am a busy mom, so another day it would have been a big issue. I'd hesitate to recommend to a friend due to this mix up.

I thoroughly liked and appreciated Seth who was my first technician and, according to Jaime, Seth trained him and I feel the good quality service has continued. I appreciate that both men offer suggestions, give me information and explain things to me in clear terms, help me make decisions. I really like the way the house looks when they're done ... and am very happy with the thought of how clean it is.

Your technician was very professional and did a very thorough job. I had unfortunately used an over the counter product that caused my dog to have a very strong allergic reaction. He was in pain also. After the technician finished, I waited until the next morning to introduce ourselves back into the environment. His blisters have almost completely healed in this minimum of three days. It is amazing to me that my dog is healing so quickly.

What could we do to improve?

You were very accommodating with our time schedule, showing up on time, worked quickly and so far the spots have not re-appeared. However, I was bothered that the floor was so wet after leaving, it took the remainder of that day, the next and into Monday for it to feel dry. We thought some fans were going to be used. Also, eventhough your techs had seen and measured the areas, there still was not enough hose to hook into the truck and reach the entire areas. Someone was to bring additional hose, but did not make it and they had to enter through the front of the building instead, which is what I preferred not to do. The guys made it work and was done in no time. Overall it was a good experience. THanks

Very good job. Done quickly and neatly. I did not get the 100 sq ft of tile cleaning I was supposed to, but the carpet cleaning was good.

I was very disappointed with your service and your charge. My carpets looked worse after the initial cleaning. I had stains that increased in appearance after your cleaning and my high traffic areas were smeared all over the carpet. I called your company after your initial cleaning to wait for an hour to get someone on the phone. Your answering machine was full. So I listened to your commercials for an hour. Needless to say you did not make me happy nor did you clear my carpet as I anticipated. You charge is way to high for the service you provided. The $789.00 would have gone a long ways on purchasing new carpet. I had my carpet cleaned on Friday morning and it was wet until Monday. I can not tell you how disappointing and inconvenient that was. I felt that your employee was rushed to get to his next job so it would not be assigned to another person. I took pictures of my carpet after cleaning and will be glad to share them with my friends should they attempt to use your services.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

1. Our carpets didn't dry for almost 36 hours. Was disappointed because when I asked the gentleman who performed the work he mentioned 5 - 6 hours, however it was definitely a lot longer than that.
2. Although I paid extra for the pet stain treatment, I'm not completely satisfied with the results. While it did do a fairly good job removing some stains it didn't remove all of them. Some of the stains still smelled after the carpets were done drying. I expected at least the pet smell to be gone.
3. The smell of the carpets while they were drying was terrible. I'm surprised that there isn't a part of the process that includes deodorizing. It was a terrible smell that I had to live with the entire time it took the carpet to dry.
