Technician was very thorough and professional. He did an outstanding job on our carpets and tile.

Great service! Got rid of nasty pet stains and carpets are super clean! I was amazed by the tile cleaning - they look as good as new. Especially the grout!
I was very pleased with the interaction i had with all staff, and the guys who cleaned the carpet got right to it, but it's more than 24 hours later and my carpets are still quite wet. My house smells like a wet dirty blanket.

Chemicals are used
3 different carpet cleaner crews have been out. The carpet after the first and second showed stripes in the carpet. Like maybe it wasn't clean. The third guy comes out and uses a container I can see the dirty water flowing and it was dirty then it turned cleaner. So the first two crews went through the motions but didn't clean left with dirty carpet and dirty stripes. I still see stripes after 3rd guy was here but not as bad. Not sure I'll call you again. I mean really 3 times???

Missed several appoint. Told me I would have my rug back in four weeks and it took 6 and then I had to wait another week because your people did not show up.
I asked for aimed come and give an estimate on cleaning my carpets but he didn't make it and Justin was supposedto come yesterday and leave an estimate with my base which he didn't do the request give him my love please next week I haven't heard back I love your company but your service is not good at all
I liked the associate that was sent. He went above and beyond as well as very professional. Our carpets and tile look great. I believe his name was Keith and he was the best with info and went to work and did a great job. I will tell people to request him.

Would sure like to see some specials for tile cleaning separate from carpet cleaning services.

-seemed to be VERY thorough, here 2/12 hrs. for three rooms (my carpets were profoundly pet distressed). TOMMY was GREAT, explained fully, pleasant. Time will tell how the carpet fares,but so far so good! I would definitely recommend ZEROREZ, especially for challenges!
Very professional. Listened to what I wanted done. Did not try to sell me additional products or services. Asked if everything was done to my satisfaction. I love the smell of the water. My carpets are 25 years old and have never been professionally cleaned. They look like new. My hall was extremely dirty and the technician took extra time with it without my asking.

The house was left smelling a little musty - not fresh or clean. The worker smelled of stale smoke, which also left a VERY unpleasant odor in my house. The worker didn't move one ounce of furniture - not even a night stand. He managed to activate my central vac system and didn't bother to turn it off. When I went to look for him, he was sitting in the truck enjoying a beverage and wasting time. The tile cleaning did nothing for the tile. Overall, I am disappointed in the service and in the person who provided it. I will not use Zerorez again, and I will not recommend it to anyone.

Steaming and extracting is so much better than soap suds . Carpets stay clean longer than the conventional way.

The thorough explanation by Dustin. This house had very old carpet when I moved in. It was GROSS! The carpet looks much better. Pet stains removed with pet stain remover. Odor is much better.
