My carpet doesn't look any better then it did before it was cleaned. You have scheduled to come re-clean it tomorrow so I will see then what it looks like. This is the worst cleaning I've ever gotten from you all.

when setting up appointments you need to be clear on the time the tech will arrive. I called to confirm my appointment on 5/22 and no one picked up the phone and I was on hold for 10 minutes, then I kept calling and calling so I could find out my time, because I had request early morning, no one ever answer, or I could not even leave a message, then you all call me Memorial Day to confirm, however, I was not near my phone and a guy left a message that he was calling to confirm my appoitment but did not leave a time, then I called back and you were all closed, since it was memorial day, so why call me on a holiday to confirm and then I try to call back and can't talk to no one, so I had no idea what time your tech was going to arrive on 5/26. I had to rush to drop off my daugheter to school 30 minutes away and come back before 8:00am,

No chemicals, the person who cleaned my carpets was friendly & knowledgeable.
The technician that came to clean our carpets and stretch them was very helpful and provided us the service we needed. He did a great job!

I was very impressed with actual cleaning of the rug, but not with the scheduling of the appointment and the information I received prior to my appointment

Roy Alltop came to our house after the first guy named Autin did not clean the carpet the right way. I will use your company again only because of Roy. He was very nice and our carpet looks great. Thank you for sending he out to complete the job.

The date of my first set appointments, they did not show up. After being 7.5 hours late and 2 phone calls by myself, I was told the tech was injured in the previous job and wouldn't be coming. The ironic part is that I had received a call earlier to say they were in route and would be arriving within 30 minutes. At my second spot, they did show up and did the work. The bill was higher than I was previously told. The cleaning of my area rug warped it. To add insult to injury, my receipt said that the pet service was not guaranteed. I don't understand why since I paid for the treatment and no additional services were required. The tech did not say anything about the service being not guaranteed or I would have done it. It should be noted the carpet is 18 months old
Everything was explained as he worked. Sergio was professional and friendly. I would ask for him again. I was disappointed that he didn't have fans, as I was told he would. It's humid and my carpets are still damp 24 hours after. But the carpet looks nice and I would use you again, especially if I can request Sergio!

I have 20 year old white carpet and a dog. Every time Zerorez cleans my carpet it looks like new. I am sure Zerorez is responsible for my carpet lasting this long.
William was my technician; he did a fabulous job. My carpets look new. Your company has cleaned my carpets in the past, I believe twice, and I was pleased then. But there is no comparison to the job William did. Not sure why but I will request William every time I engage your services. He was professional, thorough and respectful of my home. I also appreciated that your scheduler worked with me by moving me to the 2nd appointment (I was scheduled at #3) because I had an afternoon appointment that I could not reschedule. Your customer service is great.
My carpet had reappearing stains the same day. I didn't receive my coupon. I called several days after and never spoke to anyone. I was on hold for more than half an hour at a time. The chemical from the hoses bleached my grass. In the past, the guys did really well. However, I was not pleased with the cleaning this time.
