The tech was very courteous and helpful. He asked questions about how we liked the job he performed several times. He did a very good job getting most of our carpet stains out and making our carpet look new again. The tech asked me to inspect and informed me of any stains that were not possible to remove. Also did a good job getting our kitchen tile grout cleaned and looking new again. Thanks Zerorez!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We never received a narrowed down time for our cleaning, only between 1-6. We finally called and were told by the customer service rep that the technician was on his way 2 or 3 times, but the rechnician did not arrive unti 5pm. There was only one tech, so it went slowly. He was fine, but if there were 2 man crews, it would be a smoother process.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I had to have a re-do. The second technician was fantastic and did what should have been done the first time. Alicia is her name and she should be honored by the company for her professional attitude and great work on the job. She used equipment on our porcelain tile and grout that had not been used the first time--maybe that's why I had to have a re-do.

Very poor communication. Tech showed up late, outside of the given timeframe. I requested a morning appointment, which I was told that I had, but the tech showed up about a quarter before 2 PM, and I was told that this is still considered morning. I also cancelled some of the requested service, due to being put in a time crunch, but was still billed for this, and no one has responded to my request to credit my invoice

This is my first time to use your services. The young man that came to my home was very pleasant, friendly and explained what and why he was doing something. He was very efficient and down to business. The carpet for being 15 yrs old looks great.

Other than the vacuum track marks, I can't tell my carpet has been cleaned. Please send a technician back out. Additionally, my Saturday afternoon appointment was confirmed yet it was Monday evening until a technician arrived. I am a return customer and am extremely disappointed all around

Charged more than was quoted by 300%. Didn't apply the topical solution. Came a 2nd time to apply topical solution. After a week the floors looked as bad as they did prior to your service & the smell still resides as bad as ever. So I'm $384 dollars (for ONE room) poorer and still have the exact same problem as I had prior to hiring the likes of you.

the technician, Dale, was very professional, even on a day, when he was the only one on call because of the recent storms...my appointment was supposed to be from 11 to 1 and he arrived after 2, and again, went about his business...My only question is that when I made the appointment over the phone I mentioned the 105-3 the Fan special, but it wasn't brought up when I paid my bill ($119.07)...that special was supposed to include 20 percent off in the month of May and a $50 dollar certificate for a local restaurant...no mention of any of that...I'm very happy, however, with the clean carpet in my living, sun room and bedroom....Roger Emrich...

What could we do to improve?

There were still stains in my carpet. My understanding was that these were the first thing that would be removed and if they could not be, then I would not be charged - that is per the advertising provided by Zerorez and as stated on your website. That did not happen. Stains were not fully removed yet I was still charged in full. The rep however worked hard and was personable - I have nothing against him - he did what he could.

What do you like about our products and services?

They work on dog messes of all kinds. We foster greyhounds. Many are fresh off the track so we are housebreaking them. Some learn faster then others. We also take seniors which often have health issues. Zerorez does a great job no matter what we throw at you!

What could we do to improve?

Please make sure that your techs are using ALL the tools of the trade to ensure customers have a clean carpet! Had the first tech used the tool that gets underneath the carpet...there would have been no redo necessary. Tech 2 came out...assessed the task and got right down to business! It was obvious that tech 2 knew what he was doing! I think his name was J.L. Next time I use your service I will be requesting him. The carpet looks 100 percent cleaner and it feels cleaner too! Thank you tech 2, pardon me if I forgot your name. This is the type of service I've come to expect from Zero Rez. GREAT JOB!

Quoting a high price to clean a rug, then the tech calling in to get it for 50% off. Glad to get the discount, but felt like it was a waste of his and my time.

No chemical smell after they left, worked extra hard to do the best they could with the pets staining they had to work with, definitely a challenge. They were there earlier than scheduled and kept me updated through the job.
