Tech - Jaime was very friendly and helpful. I was very surprised that your pet treatment actually worked. I have used carpet cleaning services at a previous home and they were NEVER able to remove not only the stain nor the urine smell. Within minutes of Jaime cleaning my carport I could see the stain was gone and I no longer smell pet urine!!!

My carpets do look much better after the cleaning. However, the carpets took about 36 hours to dry, which seemed really long to me. Also, there seemed to be new spots that did not come out and I do understand that is a possibility and there is nothing that can be done. Really my complaint is the long dry time. Thank you,
I have an older cat so I worry about putting any chemicals on the floor where she walks so I love the idea that Zerorez uses water only and it cleaned my carpet great and removed all the tough stains.
this is what I will say to my friends:
The service was excellent. I was very happy it was chemical free. The carpets looked pristine--until they dried. Spots are showing back up. But I am very satisified my carpets are as clean as they could get. I should not have expected it to have all the dirt of the high traffic areas gone.
I also had my tile floor in the kitchen done. What areas he was able to get to look phenomenal. Apparently, the device used could not get very close to the kickplate of the cabinets.
I am very glad I got my floors cleaned by Zerorez.
the master bedroom had a musky smell for two days after the carpet was cleaned. a fresh smell would leave perception of a clean carpet.
He did a great job on the rugs; however, he ruined my hallway wood floors.
I had heard good things about the carpet cleaning service, and so when I moved into my new home and found I needed the tile cleaned badly I called Zerorez. In both bathrooms the tile had years of filth and hard water stains that didn't come off even with persistent scrubbing. Zerorez came out and in just an hour both bathrooms were sparkling. I am so happy I called. Effective product, professional team!

Tech did a very good job explaining out options and did a good job cleaning the carpets as well.
I listed the issues with the carpets we were supposed to have cleaned. The person who came to clean the carpets said that he couldnt treat soot from the chimney and couldnt get out other food stains from our carpet.
The service was a very quick process and the results were great! My technician was very professional and did an amazing job on getting out all the pet stains that were embedded into the carpet.

My whole house feels fresh now because of the great job by Zerorez! I used to have my carpets cleaned by another company and was so disappointed when I realized how much grime was left. Your technician, Justin Watts, did an outstanding job. I can't get over how nice and fresh everything looks and feels! I had asked for a great technician and boy, did you deliver when you sent him! When I set up my appointment, I was told I would have a morning apt. No one called 24 to 48 hrs like you say you will, to tell me differently. No one called on the day of my apt. When I called I was told it would not be morning but afternoon. If I hadn't moved my furniture, I would have cancelled. I missed my granddaughter's graduation ceremony. He finally came at 3:45. I was very upset.
I was hoping more stains would come out. The worst ones were old and there was no change in them. The thing I heard about Zerorez was that people used you as a last ditch effort before replacing carpet, then didn't have to because the stains were gone. I was hoping for that, but my stains must have been too big and old.

My carpets look new! Cleaning involved multiple pet stains from a very old dog. The service was professional, and thorough. The carpets are soft and odor-free. Zerorez even removed some stains left on my carpets that had been previously cleaned by another company. I highly recommend Zerorez!
