The scheduling seemed to be a problem- our guy was 1 1/2 hrs late because he had to drive long distances between jobs, and those jobs ended up taking longer than they should have (not his fault!).

Provide a option for number of rooms cleaned. I only had three rooms of carpet that needed to be cleaned but I had to pay for four.

I used Zerorez when I had a house, did not get carpets as clean as when I used ChemDry. I used you this time only because the landlord insisted.

I had the offer for 100 ft of tile free so I had her do the master bathroom. I went to use the facilities approx. 5 hours later and almost fell because of the large puddle of water around the toilet. I had to get a mop to get it all up. I am very pleased with your carpet cleaning, but over the years I have had tile cleaned and have never really been impressed with this service.
