My carpet look is great and the technician was very professional. However, with all of th credit card security issues in the news lately, I was very uncomfortable seeing my credit card number being manually entered into and iPhone.

The overall cleaning was good, but a few areas on the carpet in the master bedroom did not come clean, specifically the area as you just walk into the bedroom.
The technician was very nice according to my husband , did a thorough job and got all the pet stains out from our carpets. ( no easy feat )

My schedule time for cleaning was to be 1-4:30. When the technician had not come, I called and was told he had not finished his job and we were next. At 7:45 we received a call that he would arrive in 30 minutes. He arrived here at 9:00. The office is at fault and something should be done to correct this miscommunication!!!!!!! The technician was Very apologetic and I would request him again if I use the company another time. Please fix your scheduling!!!!!!!

The two men that came to clean my carpet did an excellent job. They wanted to make sure I was happy.
I am not happy how I was treated on the phone when I called to reschedule my appointment when no one showed on the day I was first scheduled.
Cost.....also, my carpet stays cleaner longer then with other companies I've used in the past
