Its a very thorough and seamless cleaning product. You don't have to wait forever to let it dry before you can get settled again with furniture. The technician who came out this time was just as good or better than the last technician. Since its my mothers house please offer a senior citizen discount if possible. She is 93 and raves about your service.

You did a great job with the high traffic areas, but had no impact on the stains. Drying time took over 18 hours (could be many factors). Technician was very polite and professional.

What to do to make things right? I'm not sure that there is anything you can do...it may just be that the stains are permanent or that the process that you use is not the best approach for the stains. However, thank you for asking.

Kyle Rogers cleaned my carpet on 05/27/2015 and missed two spots in one of the rooms we discussed needed to be cleaned. Called and made an appointment for June 3rd and specifically requested Kyle to come back and clean those two spots. At 8:30am I get a call that the technician's truck broke down and would work me in for the day. A Zerorez technician shows up and wants to charge me $160 to clean the two spots that I had paid to be cleaned already. I asked him to leave and called Zerorez and spoke to Lamisha, the supervisor, who told me would call back the next day to add me to Kyle's schedule. I'm still waiting.......no call. Educate the customer on how important it is to let the carpet dry as much as possible before even stepping foot on it....emphasize it.
