Carpet stayed wet far longer than expected. Some of the black marks along the walls were not cleaned.

First, I have always been a fan of Zerorez. We have used you on 2 houses that we had sold in the past plus just for routine cleanings. The carpets always were great. But on this house we had carpet cleaned and stretched and 2 days later it started smelling really bad (kind of like wet dog and the carpet didn't look right). The carpet is only 4 years old. We called and someone came out to look at it and he thought maybe too much water had been used. So he cleaned it again and put something on it to help with the smell. It did get a little better but not good enough. We called again and someone came out, he didn't want to clean it again because carpet was showing some wear. He had someone bring out some stronger stuff to help with the smell. It is good enough (we hope) to put the house on the market. All your technicians have been very nice but it has caused us to have to wait over 2 weeks to get it on the market plus the carpet is not in the same shape it was before we had it initially cleaned. We have air fresheners going 24 hours a day. We are going to wait to see what some of the feedback is from buyers looking at our home. I just wanted you to know of our disappointment, I am not sure of what can be done to make it right at this time.
The quality of service we received from our Zerorez rep was outstanding, but the price was higher than we anticipated.

We had an office that was partially wet. We had it cleaned and treated for mildew. I'm still having an odor problem, but didn't really expect one treatment to fix it. Your team was very professional and punctual. There weren't any surprises. I chose the right tea. Thanks for the services.

The serviceman was very professional, hardworking, and understanding. He even showed up early! He worked quickly and did a fantastic job both stretching and cleaning our carpet. He was also very careful to wipe up drips on our wood floors. When he was done the carpets were spotless and smelled so good. There's nothing like spotlessly clean carpets!

Dustin did s super job cleaning the carpets and tile. I was concerned about wet dog hair smell in the master bedroom. Dustin did a good job of identifying which product would most likely work to remove the smell. Unfortunately the smell was still there the next day not as strong but zeros wasn't able to come back and redo the bedroom on the time schedule that I needed since it was a rental house and the renters were moving in that weekend .
The technician was wonderful and curteous and we felt that he went above and beyond expectations. The carpets look great and he took pride in his job. We were VERY pleased.
Make sure the new employees are supervised when they are the ones doing the cleaning. The experienced one was busy cutting and stretching our carpet. The new one over wet our carpet and it took 3 visits to fix. That was time our house was not on the market plus the only real fix was using a chemical spray to cover the smell
The products were top of the list and the service was also top of the list. Don't remember the gentleman name but he was very nice to explain each detail of the cleaning.

Good carpet cleaning. It seemed like the bill was about twice the estimate that was given over the phone. I would like to have known about the cost of the add on's (pet guard, etc.) prior to the salesman giving me the pitch.
I felt that the technician was extremely professional in his demeanor and he paid close attention to my request and needs and allowed me to check after he was finished with every room I think the service was impeccable and customer service was outstanding
