What do you like about our products and services?

I am usually most impressed with the gentlemen who come to clean the carpet and tile. They want to make sure you are pleased with their work. Tommy Mason was wonderful. He is an "old school worker". This means he takes pride in his work and he wants to the best job possible the FIRST time. I love people with attention to detail and that is Tommy.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Customer Service: I was a returning customer and received emails with 20% off and then one for $25.00 off. The gentleman I spoke with was very good and helped me with my request. I called back the next day when I received the $25.00 off and he quoted me a price. I had to reschedule my cleaning due to the repairmen still working in my house and everytime everyone was nice. The day of cleaning, the gentleman who came to clean stated the cost and it was higher than I was told. I had left my cell phone at work, so I could not show him my emails and quotes... He was kind enought to call the office and let me speak with a woman who didn't listen well, over talked when I was talking and said that my offers were not good and that there was a minimun of 4 rooms which was never discussed when I scheduled. I told them I wanted the same service that I had the last time. I was frustrated and the worman's customer service was not what it should have been... She said that she would have soemone call me the next day and they never did.

The product you have is amazing, but you need to work on the customer service issue (I have been in customer service all my life). I was a huge fan of your company and told everyone for two years how anazing your company was and now I am not as enthusiastic as before thanks to the custmer service I received...

Workmen both times were polite, professional and hard workers. That is something your company has done right ~ hiring employees who care about their work.

What could we do to improve?

Communication was lacking. I did not receive a call regarding time of arrival, so I called the office the day before service. On the day of service, I did not receive a call during the arranged time to notify me of estimated time of arrival. When I called, I was given a window of 11-2, though I had been promised a morning time. The dispatcher confirmed the technician was on his way but then I received a call a few minutes later stating it would be 30 minutes. The technician had not received the information that we were to be given a restaurant gift card as part of the promotional deal we signed up for.

The house had such a clean smell after Brad finished the three rooms. He got out so much dog hair!! We'd had the carpet cleaned about a year and a half ago and NO dog hair ever came up. I will always use Zerorez. I have three grand babies and I want them crawling on a clean non-chemically treated floor. Thanks so much for the wonderful service!! I give Brad a 12! He was very informative and gracious. Raving fan customer service!

That you don't use toxic chemiclas when cleaning the carpets. Friendly staff. Due to delay in getting started on our carpet cleaning, technician cleaned our hallway for free!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

First of all, the technician did not use the brush on the very few soiled areas we had the first time around. We had to have him go back in and redo the work. It looks mostly good now, but the carpet is crispy, not soft. Then he told us the cost was $209. When we gave his a check he said the invoice would come as an email. When we saw the email, the cost of the service was actually $199!! He gave himself about a $10.50 tip, probably knowing we were not going to tip his shoddy work! We did not authorize the extra amount, and would like it back. We have already begun telling people not to use your services.

The technician was prompt and worked hard.

However,he did not move anything, even the wastebasket and magazine holder in bathroom which I had forgotten to move. Those should have been moved without my telling him to.

I thought the small wicker desk should have been moved to shampoo under the legs.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I was promised but all the carpet would be done in the house. They left three small carpeted areas unfinished. I tried to call back tell the technician go out there and was told it would be extra charge. When somebody call me back to reschedule I agreed. I waited and then no one showed up. I have used zero razz a couple of times but this third time was a terrible experience. I would like to think I could use you guys in the future but now I'm worried.

Love the micro seal product. The technician was very professional and informative. I appreciated that he didn't pressure me to purchase additional services.

Timeliness of arrival. Window was 1-6pm. You called us the day before and told us 4pm. Technician arrived a little after 6:30pm without any phone call beforehand.
