I received call on 6/10 saying tech would be at our house from 8:30am to 11am. I call to confirm and receive exact same info. At 11am on day of appointment I called and was informed that my appointment was 11am to 1pm. The person on the phone made it seem like it was my fault. I ended missing a whole days work.

The staff was very attentive to our wants and needs, more towards wants. Able to work in a timely fashion. We enjoyed the professionalism and attention they placed to the property,went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the service before, during and after.

I like the result of the cleaning. Our carpet looks like new! And it isn't overly perfumed. Just smells clean. The tech who came was so polite, thorough and professional. Zerorez is AWESOME!
the last cleaning that happened at my house this week was done by someone that appeared to be inexperienced. The carpet was extremely wet and my house smelled like chemicals which has NEVER happened. I called to complain and did not really feel that the person I spoke to had a very good customer service manner. I am being taken care of but this last experience is unlike any I have ever had with this company

$200 and it was over $600! Too many add ins when service guy showed up. He was fabulous but wish the phone lady would have explained more.

The automated call I received said the tech would be at my home 11:30-1:30. Roy arrived at 6:30 pm and did not leave until after 9 pm. I am a repeat customer and know my pets have terrible accidents. When I showed Roy the areas for the extra (and additional $$) treatment, he laughed out loud at the condition of my carpet. I contacted your office 3 times, was told I would receive updates, it never happened. Your office offered a 25% discount instead of the 20% currently offered with the $33/room rate. Roy questioned me regarding the additional discount and called for verification. If I had known he would be 7 hours late, I could have done my errands before he arrived. Errands didn't get done yesterday after booking a week in advance and spending $450. Thanks for asking.
