Be on time.. You all were scheduled to arrive between 4 and 5, but it was close to 7:30 before he arrived.

I thought your technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to give me some ideas on what I can do to keep my carpet clean longer in the future.
He also explained to me that zerorez charges the water so it can draw out more dirt from my carpets.
It has been about 3 weeks now and my carpets are still as clean as they were when Tomy cleaned them. It must be Magic, because there are 7 in our family + a dog!
(With any other carpet cleaning service my carpets have spots appear in the same location after about a week)

The carpet is left looking and feeling clean. The reps are usually professional and thorough in the performance of their duty.

The fact that Darrell (I believe that was his name) came and made my carpets look clean again! You could tell he took pride in the work he did. And this time it was done correctly. The people who do the work almost speak more volume then the product.

give better time windows for service tech to come out. the tech seemed not willing to start cleaning until he got paid.

Con: Very Expensive, if you purchase the services for animal stains.

The crew that came out were extremely nice and friendly. But our tile floors had a bad residue on them after cleaning that was very visible..which is bad coming from a company named "zero rez".For the price that we paid, we shouldn't have had to do any additional cleaning.

Service maqn was on time, did a great job then out of here!

First experience with carpet cleaning company since we've had mostly hard surfaces in houses we lived. We had one room with carpet that needed cleaning. The room was pretty empty so it did not take very long - total job took less than 40 mins. and tech was gone. Carpet was brand new but we wanted cleaned since we had walked over when moving in. We used moving blankets to protect but wanted a clean start before moving furniture in. Overall decent job but was not happy the tech walked all over the clean carpet in his dirty shoes RIGHT AFTER cleaning. Defeated the whole point of cleaning in the first place! He even left dirty shoe prints all over our tile. He needs to wear booties after its cleaned or not walk on the carpet at all. Would have expected him to know that already. Also felt the pricing was a little high for one room and then tacking on the trip charge made it not such a great deal.

Customer service was the poorest I have ever experienced. Listen to my calls ... they couldn't find my house? Really? Try google. Couldn't reach me? Funny, I called that morning to confirm. I think you were overbooked and had no intention of coming when scheduled and I scheduled 6 weeks ahead. I will tell all that my experience was horrible and to never use Zerorez.

My experience with zeroez was a very positive one. I will definitely use them again. Fabian was the technician that cleaned our carpet and he was very professional and knowledgable about what he was doing.

Listen to your customer's requirements. I mentioned that I have a few spots that came back after the last time you cleaned our carpets. We got too busy to call you back in that last time. I specifically asked that a seasoned cleaning tech be sent to out house this time. The gentleman that showed up had only been on the job 2 weeks. He was very professional and got our carpets cleaned. There are a few spots that were not removed and a couple that are coming back.

Start charging a flat rate to clean and deodorize. The add ons are a killer and total turn off. They change the rate by a minimum of 100%!

Brad Kramer is an excellent representative for Zerorez. He is knowledgeable, very courteous and did a great job with my pet-soiled carpet and ceramic tile. I'm very happy with the results!

The work inside the house was fine, the driver had his vehicle parked so whenever he used the equipment the exhust ended burning the grass

The young man that Service us truly believed in the product and did a wonderful job up selling us, and he was Sol jovial and friendly. He told us about his two hundred pound dog, but we forgot his name! He did a wonderful job, as did the gentleman before him. Great service, great job, great deal!

A little better communication.

The carpet was still dirty. It didn't look any cleaner when it dried. No change from the carpet prior to your service. I hired Youngs Chem Dry and they sprayed a cleaner on one spot after your service and dirt came up. I wasted my money with your service. $200 wasted. Youngs cleaned the carpet again and it was amazing the difference. And they were less than your cost. I will never recommend your company, ever.

The guys did an awesome job. They were really helpful and my carpet looks fabulous!!
