I had a bad experience with the first cleaning we had and gave a less than favorable response on the survey to rate your services. I received a call back asking what could be done to fix the issue. You scheduled another technician to come back in and clean the area that looked really bad and was still dirty. The job he did looks great. Apparently the first technician did not do what he was supposed to do. I appreciate Zerorez coming back in to re-clean our carpets and do what it took to make me a satisfied customer. appointment was scheduled at 1045am, the cleaning guy didn't show up until 12:30. Just need to be on time or close to being on time.

My prior carpet cleaning experiences involves chemicals, which left a strong odor for weeks after the cleaning. This was a pleasant departure from those and the serviceman (Matt) provided outstanding service throughout the appointment.

Schedule for late afternoon, early evening. Never was given a definite time. They are arrived at 6pm and didn't leave my house until 7:30. That seems late to have someone finishing at your house and late that the technician had to work that late. He had excellent customer service though!

Quick and highly effective cleaning

We had our rugs cleaned only yesterday so it's too early to assess your product thoroughly. However, there was no chemical odor and we were able to walk on them by evening.
