Spot cleaning product worked like magic to get 2 year old blood stain completely out
Stains that had been there for years and had been cleaned by other carpet cleaners came out spotless. One thing negative, there was a residual odor that was unpleasant. It has dissipated in most areas, but not in closets where the air circulation is not as good.
Prompt, courteous and very professional. Stand by your products and guarantee results. Highly recommend!
I don't think the spots in one of the rooms was "pre-treated" ... there still are stains.

I like pretty much everything about the service except how you schedule your technicians. You could definitely improve in this area. Give customers a more exact time for service. Also I think the gas charge is silly. That's the cost of business and you shouldn't have your customers pay for this. You asked!!

I like the no/ low soap concept in cleaning. The technicians were very professional and we'll qualified. All spots except for one were removed.

This is the second time I've used y'all. The first time I was SO happy. I had a great experience and told everyone how happy I was. This time I was very disappointed. I was quoted in thing on the phone but when the guy got here to clean he quoted me something 4 times more! I had to go back and forth "talking him down" until eventually he said, "Well I see you were quoted _____ on the phone so I can do it for that flat rate." I felt very taken advantage of and like it was a bait and switch type situation. The first time I used yall it was because another company tried to do that to me and I sent them away. So to have yall do it to me this time was extremely disappointing. It makes me very leery to every use yall again.
Let me say that our Technician, Darwin was polite, professional & efficient. His attention to detail was excellent!

This is the first time we have used Zerorez for cleaning our carpets. We heard the advertisements on KRLD radio station. Previously, we had our carpets cleaned by another company and would not have them back as they did not do a good job ! We were so pleased with our technician, De Carlos. He was excellent in accessing what the carpets needed and made good suggestions to keep our carpets clean after he cleaned them. He worked really hard and our carpets looked excellent afterwards. He was very pleasant to work with and he worked quickly and efficiently . I would highly recommend him and your company to our friends. I also liked not having a perfume smell in the house. Technician, Garrett was very friendly & professional. Wanted to inform me of the process & make sure I was completely satisfied. Did feel that because of some higher traffic area thst drying time was lengthy. But in DFW area, we are having alot of humidity.
