Time frame originally given was misleading. I was told I was the 4th visit of the day, I was NOT told that techs usually only do 4-5 visit a day so this is a very late in the day apt time. Was suppose to be here between 4:45-5:45, finally arrived at 6:15.
The carpets look great when your technician is done. Your techs are always on time. I get notified before the day of service and when the tech is about to show up. Each technician that has done work in my home has been very helpful and courteous.
Technician was puctual and thorough with cleaning my carpet. After carpets dried I was very pleased with the results.

Carpeting has never been as clean as when you have cleaned it for us. I have tried many other companies and none have produced the results that get from you and your people. Tomaco (?) did an outstanding job and worked with me on pricing additional product and services. Really well done.
I was satisfied with the service render. it was a very good job. However, I was charged $10 extra as fuel charge which was not quoted initially.
That they are chemical free. You offer more services than I realized.

The customer service was less than desirable. I asked to speak to a manager to express my concerns and here it is two days later and I have yet to here from a manager. Was told that I would receive a call at 2:30pm to inform of when the technician woud arrive. I waited around and after not hearing from anyone I call at 4pm. At that time I was told the tech would arrive between 4:45 and 5:45pm. I then receive another call at about 5:30 to tell me the tech would arrive by 6:30. My day was ruin due to me having to wait around.

Most light stains showed Up after the carpet dried up. Your equipment /solution should be able to take out minor/light dirty stain on the carpet.
