Our tile looked great after Robert was through.
I expected the carpets to be cleaner for the amount of money I spent. The tech was more concerned about trying to sell me additional products. I purchased the additional cleaners and feel like they did nothing. I understand that techs do make commissions on the products so I know why the products were pushed.
The engineer that was sent out, Chris, was very helpful, answered all my questions and concerns as well as made sure I had the opportunity to review the job that was done and confirm if I was satisfied. He was the main reason why I appreciate the service and would recommend it in case someone is fortunate to receive him for help.
There is no residue when I use Zerorez on my carpets. All representatives that have serviced my house has always been courteous, honest and very professional.
Natural products, carpets aren't soaked when technician leaves.

Each of the technicians that came out were very professional, yet cordial. They took the time to look around to evaluate the job ahead of them. The pre cleaning of the carpet. Nice personnel. End result. I thought the carpet was shot. After the cleaning, I saw that I can keep the carpeting at least another two years.
