Give pricing when doing upsells
For one, when a service person comes so late like he did at 620p they are so tired and rushed that they don't do a good job. The few spots that I really had the carpet cleaned for have not completely disappeared. The only ones that have done a real good job before has been Compton Carpet Cleaning and I will go back with them for the future.
We had the tile and grout cleaning service. The first crew came did such a bad job and missed so many spots that we called and a 2nd person came out a few days later to fix missed spots however it was so badly done that he had to redo the entire tile floor. Unfortunately now we have a 1" area around the entire edge of the tile floor that the machine could not reach to clean that still has dirty tile and dirty grout.
Scheduling was very easy. Kenneth arrived right on time and did an amazing job. He was very thorough, explained everything he was doing, and got the job done in about 1 hour, which I was impressed with. He is also extremely friendly. Our carpet looks great and the house smells fresh. Please give Kenneth some type of compensation for being such a great person and great worker!
Javiar the carpet technician was great. He answered our questions and listened to our concerns.
