However your service is generally above and beyond the expectations. I'll not be changing
Over one incident.

There was no organization in making appointments. Second apt. Was 235pm. And there are better ways to handle the emergency's. Call and change the times or at least give people a choice

I booked the room carpet cleaning service using 3/9/15 Dallas Morning News Ads (4 rooms for $99). But the technician would not honor the deal, citing the secretary did not write down this specific promotion code, even after I showed him the printout. Since he showed up several hours late and it was already passed 5pm, I was not able to call Zerorez office to confirm the promotion code. I have to dig out a different ad. I was very disappointed.

I think the technician did shabby work. I think he was hurried because I was the last client and he want to rush to get done. He went so quick. And I don't smell anything good like last time. He was nice and polite, but I think he was in a hurry to get finished.

I had wonderful service. I really enjoyed the young man, Tamiru, who ​came out. He was polite and efficient and he complemented my home (he was sincere, not just being nice). Exceptional young man and did a great job.

Changing the quote on arrival is unacceptable (with some exceptions, I understand when the job is different than expected--this was not the case with my cleaning... You guys tried to charge me over $50 more)

The cleaning left no less residue than Stanley Steemer and the did a better job at protecting my place by ensuring the hose wasn't going to do any damage to my baseboards and such)

I was disappointed with the pet treatment the service tech sold me. I let him know that the home was just purchased and the previous owner had an indoor dog, which left a bad pet oder. The treatment he told me about didn't help at all, he said it would leave a nice smell. This was a lie. It was like throwing $60.00 in the trash.

Detergents are not used on the carpet and flooring.

The technicians knocked a piece of art work off the wall and created a 1 in gash to the stud in the wall. I found them in the kitchen rehanging the picture but did not see the damaged drywall until they left. Nothing about the damage was mentioned to me at all. Also, I was supposed to receive a $50 gift card to a Brazilian Steakhouse which I did not get.

Jimmy he was very professional and took his time and got the stains out unlike the person before that rushed and didn't get the job done the first time. So yes I would use yalls service again. Thanks

My technician was fantastic -- knew the products well and knew how to apply them to best clean and treat stains. I never felt like I was getting "upsold". I also appreciated the care for dragging the hoses over hardwood flooring and around corners.

I was not available when the techs arrived. My daughter was here and tgought they did a great job.

Zerorez did an amazing job getting several stains out of my carpet. The cleaning tech was extrememly knowledgeable & helpful. I would highly recommend zerorez.

Our service professional was very courteous and got the job done quickly. My carpet looks and smells great. He also offered other services (such as stretching our carpet where it has billowed up from over the years) and we are interested in having that service done. Paul was our service professional.

As of Sunday, some rooms were not dry - the office still wet. The rooms look like they weren't cleaned and I'm sure the reason for that is that he didn't get much of the water out.
