I liked that it worked to get out stains!
The product used to remove pet stains really does the trick. I loved the technician that did all the work at my home and I would love to have him clean here agin. His name is Ceasar!!!

As usual they are very professional and do a great job! They even got a stain that I didn't think would ever come up. Kuddos to the technician that came out this time glad that he was promoted. He knew what he was talking about and did a great job!!!!

Prompt service. Finished appearance is fresh with rake lines so you know the carpet has been thoroughly treated. The cleaning was part of the prep work done for listing a house for sale. Could not be more pleased.
Not a bunch of soap and chemicals
This is the second time I have used your company. Both times there was confusion on whether or not I had made an appointment. Both times I felt that the pet treatment made the cleaning more expensive that I felt I really wanted to pay. The carpet looks great, but it will be a while before I have it done again.
The technician was very friendly and assured me he would do a good job which he did. My carpet looked new again which I like very much!!

When I called to inquire about the service and pricing, I was required to provide all these demographic details (name, address, email address, phone number, etc), before the operator would discuss the services.
The in home representative told us he would charge us $70.00 to get our 5x8 wool rug cleaned, but the email invoice price was $260.00!
I called the company to discuss this matter and the person who answered the phone thought she had placed me on hold but I could hear her speaking to someone in the office saying "there is a man on the phone complaining about us." I told her I could hear her comments and another person, a supervisor came on the phone and apologized.
The Technician did a Great Job !
The high traffic areas were still dark compared to other areas. He didn't rake the carpet and fluff it up. Very disappointed.
William came out, saw the state of the carpet and instead of trying to sell a pipe dream of clean, new looking carpet was very truthful in say it will be clean but the stains will remain. I was impressed with William's honesty in the evaluation of the carpet and the excellent effort he put in to get it as cleaned up as he could. It's not perfect but it is absolutely cleaner and smells a whole lot better.
