Zero residue on the carpets! Service men were very friendly and professional.

Be more on time.
I made the initial appointment about a week before the cleaning date. When I called that morning to get an estimate of arrival time, they did not have me on the schedule. They did try to get me in that evening but by 7:00 they were still not going to make it. I called back to reschedule for the following morning. They did provide a discount on the service in regards to the scheduling trouble and once they arrived they did a great job on the carpets.
Floors looked cleaner and felt better.
I agreed to pay the extra charge for the removal of pet urine stains in three rooms and there was no difference in the condition of the carpet after the cleaning. I asked the guy before I agreed to pay the extra cost if he thought he could clean them and he said he could. After he finished he said there was not anything he could do to remove them.
Everyone was very informative and friendly. The tech explained everything that he was going to do and what the end result would be, good or bad. To me, communication is the key to great customer service.

Better scheduling. I was told the technician would be there between 1-1:30 and he didn't show up until 3 pm. Big waste of time waiting around all day.

The customer service was excellent. The appointment was delayed but I was called often and given an updates. The technician was very courteous and took his time to ensure that the job was done well. It was late in the day and I appreciated his commitment to do a great jab, as if it had been his first of the day. I will definitely use Zerorez again.
The main thing I liked was the two technicians that cleaned the carpet . They were polite and did a great job. They deserve a raise.
Carpet stains were not removed.
Product clean well and services are great.
I love that Zerorez uses acidic water instead of detergents!!
