What could we do to improve?

You need to improve your scheduling. Initial window was 3:45 to 4:45
Yes I was updated several times that the tech was running late but three hours is ridiculous !
The tech Luis Barba was excellent. By the time he finished and I closed up the house I had been there for over five and half hours for a 2 hour job.
Also the person taking the appointment should ask if you have pets and if so explain the options and the cost for pet stain removal and not having to decide in the moment. The hundred dollar cleaning changed to $361. Yes it was my choice but had to decide quickly. Which also added to my frustration of the wait time

My very old carpet looked new when Regan finished. He is the best technician yet!
No squishy wet carpet to deal with!

I shall be back next year or before.

Carpet cleaning is great. Technicians always try to sell you some other service, however. I find that a bit disconcerting and the prices for the additional service offered seem exorbitant and this technician wouldn't leave the price quotes for me to think about. Hmmmmm!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

When I initially called the representative wasn't sure about pricing and kept asking the manager. I waited at home most of the day, I did receive a call 2 days before and the day of the cleaning but I missed the call and when I called back to confirmed I had to wait on hold close to 10 minutes. I was given a cleaning time around noon I wish the actual time was closer to the estimated time of noon, instead he arrive around 2:45. The represntative was nice and professional but the cleaning was just OK. When I asked about the promotional gift certificate, I was told it would be in the mail, I wish they had tod me that at the time of booking and I may have made a different decision. In all it was just OK -- I collegue recommended it and I had a mixed experience.

My service technician did an excellent job. Since I had some extenuating issues (sick pet & overflowing toilet) that caused some really tough stains, he had to do a great deal of extra treating to get the carpet clean. However, he explained everything including the additional charges to me prior to performing the service. Although it ended up being about 3 times more expensive than I had anticipated, he did a great job.

The gentlemen who provided the carpet cleaning were professional, with a strong expertise in their line of work. They were neat and explained the whole process. Much appreciated and my carpets look great.

I was not completely satisfied with the first cleaning that was done on my tile, as I felt like the technician was pressed for time, so Zerorez sent out anther technician to redo the job. Sergio, re-cleaned my tile and the pet stain and did an outstanding job. He was detail oriented and he took his time to work on difficult spots. He was very customer friendly. There was a definite difference in my tile and the pet stain after his service.

What could we do to improve?

Very hard working tech. Very polite. Miscut carpet in 2 or 3 places. I would have had a tech fix the issues, but I am unable to wait for a tech to repair problems. I have been told there is a 30 day transferable warranty on my house. The house is sold. The new owner will take possession Thursday the 26th of March. I expect the new owner to be afforded the same guaranty that I have. This work is part of a that homes sales contract.

The technician was very knowledgeable and explained what could be done to clean my area rug. He showed me how the test is performed to determine the soil level. It was nice to see how that was performed. I was extremely pleased with how well the rug looked and smelled when he finished. I also asked him what could be done to a leather sofa that had been soiled by a cat. He was able to treat it and clean it as well and did a fantastic job. I intend to have them back to clean air ducts once we complete our remodeling.
