Left puddles of water on my tile floor. One of the rooms that had a few stains, no recommendations on how to remove.

The carpet did not appear to be cleaned well and high traffic areas did not improve in appearance after cleaning. We rented a rug doctor that cleaned better than hiring your professional service.

Pet friendly and child friendly products
I was frustrated after this visit by how wet my carpets were. They were pretty wet for 8-9 hours and still damp after that. The technician also got water all over my tile and didn't even bother to dry it up. I turned on every fan in my house and I know the last time I got my carpets cleaned with you all, they were not that wet for that long. I was disappointed.

I am on a budget but needed the carpets sanitized.I have heard the ads on KLTY so I called for pricing. I explained I didn't want any surprises when the technician arrived. I even called back a days later to confirm the price. I was very pleased Eric had the notes and follwed the instructions to the letter. It was actually one dollar under budget. It's wonderful to be aable to trust a company. I have clean carpets and I'm on budget! Thanks!
Great Technician, carpet was very clean and smelled great. He took good care of my home as he cleaned the carpet.
My carpet looks great, and I was glad to get my bathroom floors cleaned again. I had them done about 3 months ago, and one of the floors (used daily) needed cleaning again. Also, my wood floor in that room had dirt and water spots left on it. And, outside my front door, the cement on the porch was freshly stained. Sadly, these two things happened also with Zerorez. I asked the young man why he didn't use a tarp, and he said one was not supplied, even though he had asked for Zerorez to supply one. Please buy some tarps! If you had, my score would have been the highest. I do recommend Zerorez on my neighborhood e-mail that is shared by several hundred houses.

Representative that came was extremely knowledgable and answered all questions without trying to make a sale. It wasn't about getting us to buy more but to help us learn about the care of our carpet. I would highly recommend Zerorez and their friendly staff.
