The gentleman that came to my house was very polite and helpful. He did an excellent job and made sure that I was satisfied with my carpets and tile. I would highly recommend him and your company to my friends.
I like that the house didn't smell like cleaning products. It just smelled normal. I like that the technician explained what he had to do before he did it because more work was required than we originally discussed in the original appointment.
I thought Luis - who came to my house - was very polite and that both my carpet and rug came out very clean.

I was told someone would arrive at my house at 4:30 to give me an estimate. They arrived at 7:00. When I called they said "no you were told between 4:30 and 6:30". But I know exactly what was said because I left work early to be home at 4:30. Then they came and said I would receive an estimate today by email, no estimate thus far. We have used your company many times and always been happy. But I do not think we can use you again. The initial estimate of a small area rug costing more to clean than I paid for it, was very disappointing. I am still hopeful I get an estimate.
The carpet was extremely wet, and smelled terrible. The carpets in the bedrooms did not look clean, and the carpet nap was stiff. I did not have this issue with the two previous cleanings I had from Zerorez. I was very disappointed with Zerorez this visit.
My carpet looks clean and not so tired after a visit from your techs.
Great! Your representative Chris was very kind, friendly, efficient and did a great job, making absolutely sure that everything was accomplished to our satisfaction. I walked into the house this afternoon and exclaimed to Nancy how nice the fresh scent of the carpets and furniture was. Made me feel we made the right choice choosing Zerorez!

That no harsh chemicals are used
Ceasar was very professional and provided all information needed. I really liked that there was no strong ,harsh odor with cleaning products.
People and work ethic and Ofcourse the products are green
Hard worker, he was pleasant when he tried to up-sell me on something but I declined and he was very nice. He also was extra kind to my neighbor who was going through a tough time.. He was aware of my pets and did not let them get out. he told me everything he was doing and how it worked.

The product did not meet my expectations for cleaning. My carpets had high traffic stains and the method of cleaning was inadequate. I paid extra for these stains but they remained after the cleaning was completed. Refund my money as I had to hire another cleaning company to clean my carpets. They were cheaper than you and did a better job.
The service specialist are always professional and do a very good job of cleaning our carpets.
Technician Justin was awesome....very professional and thorough. Used Zerorez once before and sadly was underwhelmed. Thought I would give it a second chance and glad I did.

Your product does an excellent job of cleaning the carpet especially pet stains. Your employe was very polite and explained the procedure and cost very well before had. He was very nice and personable

3. The technician was knowledgeable. He respected my home and handled my things with care. He showed up within the appointed time.
I like the lack of chemicals used. I especially care about the fact that there is no "up-selling" or bait and switch. There is a firm estimate on costs, and knowing I have a guaranteed cost.
We have had Zerorez clean our carpets before and were so satisfied that we had them come again. When the carpets are cleaned there is no after odor and the carpets have a clean feeling. Zerorez is the only carpet cleaning service that I would have clean our carpets or recommend to others. The tech that cleaned our carpets, Jamie, was very informative and let us know about any areas that were a concern. He was courteous and thorough and fast. Next carpet cleaning job we hope to have Jamie come again.
Customer service was not helpful since the beginning and to top it off they never showed up on appointment nor called to reschedule apptmt as said! I'll have to make sure I inform my referral about thie service that I received!
