The person (Fabian) who cleaned my carpets was awesome!!! He was so nice and friendly. He explained everything in detail to me. I was highly satisfied and would definitely use again when the need arises, as well as recommend to all my friends.
The tech was very polite and professional, the pet spray smells nice and the carpets look great.

I was promised my rugs (5 of them) would be back to me by Friday 2-20-15. The representative called factory to confirm this could be done through his boss and it was ok'd. And, it was written on my invoice it was ok and they would be back to me by Friday 2-20-15.
As of today Friday 2-27-15 I have not gotten my rugs back NOR has anyone called me to give me an update!
I only sent them out with the approval of getting them back because I was having a big party on 2-21-15 and this being the reason I needed them back the day before.
I am disappointed that I have not been contacted!
Quality of the cleaning and excellent customer service.
I needed my carpet stretched and wanted it all done on the same day. The tech that showed up wasn't trained on that and so I had to reschedule for that service. Since timing was important cause I'm listing our house for sale, I'm having to take off work again to get it done Monday!

The service men were very polite, punctual in getting to my home as scheduled, and they did an excellent job. I will definitely use them again when needed.
9 or 10 in my estimation is for outstanding and professional service, a this point I will reserve judgment due to pending claims for damages occurred during performance of cleaning
We've used Zerorez several times. This was the first time we've had any painted baseboards marked & dented with the carpet cleaning equipment (?). Fortunately it's currently covered by furniture, but if we move furniture around it will need to be repainted. To answer "what could we do to improve?", my answer is to just be a little more careful.
The The technicians you have all been very helpful and tried very hard to clean all the spots on my carpet. All of them have gone over and above what I expected

I WAS IMPRESSED YOUR EMPLOYEE (TOMMY) from the time I met him. He explained everything that he would be doing, how he would do it, and the expected results. In the past we have used a couple of the high profile, heavy advertised companies. Tommy and the job he did was far above anything other carpet cleaning company we have ever used. For the first time we felt that the carpet was really cleaned and we were charged a fair price. In fact I thought that the price would have been half again as much as it was. I just wish I could find other types of service companies as good as Zerorez. Don't let Tommy get away from you. I would recommend Zerorez to everyone. First name removed & Janet, Farmers Branch, TX
The service men were courteous, knowledgeable and answered my questions promotly.
I don't know exactly how the technicians are employed, whether they are contractors, etc... But the quality of the technicians seems to be lower than it was when I first started using you (years ago!) Caesar, who came out yesterday, was truly terrible...rude, didn't get the carpets clean, overtalked me, charged me for work he did not do, didn't put down the protective sealant spray in the room I asked for. I thought the amount he quoted me at the end was wrong and asked for an invoice. His response was that it would just be emailed. Sure enough, when I got the email, he put a $25 extra charge for a "walk in closet" that he didn't do.
