I was warned that the rep would try to upsell different items/services. I stopped him before he had a chance. Had to call them to come back out to finish the job. The sofa in the den was not moved as I requested. We cleared out the 4 rooms they were to clean of just about all the furniture, lamps, breakables, etc. to make their job easier.
I like the natural products and there is no smell.
Your service and concern for the customer's satisfaction are not found in American companies anymore. The technician that came to my home was highly-trained, polite, and truly cared for my satisfaction.
The technician was very good and super pleasant. I was not however overly impressed with the quality of the cleaning. Our carpet is not in bad shape, the technician complemented us several times on it, but there are a few places where heavier traffic has left the carpet darker in some spots. There were also small, dirt spots that I am able to clean with our small carpet cleaner. We tried zerorez because the advertisements of being able to remove and clean the spots, clean the high traffic areas, that it would make the carpets softer and that zerorez has equipment that helps raise and re-twist the carpet fibers. I was surprised afterwards that the higher traffic areas were not changed much, there were still small spots on the carpet and that no equipment was used that would have raised and re-twisted the carpet fibers. I just thought zerorez would do a better job deep cleaning the carpets.
This was my first time using a professional carpet cleaning service. I Was a little nervous. Luis was very professional and explained everything he was going to do before he did it. Could not have asked for a better experience and all credit is given to Luis.

i may not exactly answer this question but what i want to say is that your company was more than willing to return and take care of the spots and stains that didn't get up the 1st time that should have gotten up. the 2 1st guys just didn't take the time to be thorough and efficient, but they were

I do not feel like I received the same level of service as I did in the past with zerorez. The technician seemed to hurry through the job as quick as possible, not really focused on cleaning the carpet as good as possible.
Difficult time getting appointment confirmed, technician was closer to 60 minutes out than the 30 we were informed, tile cleaning left residue that didnt appear until next day

Very accommodating ,very personable and explained everything and listened to my concerns. Carpet is very clean especially for being 18 years old with the traffic of 10 grandchildren. Also, it smells very nice.
Prompt and very professional and delivered what the said that they would do
I received email for preferred custom discounted pricing. 4 rooms $129. Between time I scheduled the appt and appt day, I found coupon for 4 rooms $99 in the paper. When the service tech came, I showed him that, would not change pricing. I had 3 rooms cleaned and a very short hall. Also don't feel I should have been charged the Fuel fee $10 with the price of gas as low as it is now.
