We had excellent service. The only issue is we had 100!sq ft of tile cleaned for free. We noticed a few areas of grout that now have chips missing out of them. The cleaning was very high powered it blew out parts of the grout.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Carpet still not dry after 24 hrs. Did not clean 100 Sq ft of tile that was supposed to be free.did not get free gift card for $50. Did not clean 3 small closets. Technician seemed to be in a rush to leave.

What do you like about our products and services?

I love that my house doesn't smell like chemicals, the carpet looks awesome, and every tech who has ever been to my house has been very polite and went above and beyond.

I was happy with the carpet cleaning. It was done well and care was taken by the technician. However, my free upholstery cleaning was not done well. Areas were missed.

The staff was extreamly professional. When having someone come work in my home, that is one of the biggest issues for me. The work was excellent too! The prices are great, however, I rated this a 9 instead of 10 because the cost to clean my couch was outrageous! All the other costs were reasonable. It's my fault for not asking for that detail before the work was done.

There were no harsh odors. It smelled light, clean and fresh. My kids said the carpet felt fluffy after the clean. Tile looks great!

I'm not sure what the device was, but the carpet raker that pulled up all of the dog hair prior to steam cleaning. That was great.
