How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The single service person worked very hard and was very polite and careful...still I have photos of stripes left in the tile grout (dirty and clean)from the free 100 sq. ft. tile 'cleaning' (wrong tool used?)--IF someone would like to see...the rest of my tile floor is clean as Zerorez did not 'clean' that tile/grout. Plus, dry crunchy carpet areas where the stain treatment was applied--no instructions left on how to care for these specially treated areas (maybe vacuum after it dried to lift out surface residue?, etc.) Suggest a sheet left with the customer at the end of the job, or web site for after care maybe? No "free gift card" and I had to mention the 20 off on the January special.

Other than being fluffy I don't feel my carpets are any cleaner. The man who came out was nice and I didn't have any issues with him.

Excellent service. He called to inform us that head of schedule and asked if it was okay to show up sooner than expected. We informed that it would be great!
He was very professional and informed of us of the initial cost. He also explained other services that are provided by Zerorez. He was able to remove one stain and lighten another as requested. The house now smells fresh and clean.

I wasnt told that your service wasnt guaranteed until service man was at my home. I didnt receive a receipt while he was here, he didnt provide a walk through, he didnt explain that he could have provided a money back guarantee, and he didnt have the product (killz) on the sub flooring. Plus that day inthe mail after his servicei received a coupon for a discount cleaning.

The technology, quality of service performed and discounts offered will make me a repeat customer and I've already recommended Zerorez to some friends! As a first-time customer, I was very impressed and pleased with the level of service and professionalism we received from our technician, Kenneth. He took his time, paid attention to detail and fully reviewed the work to be completed BEFORE he began. No surprises of any kind, whatsoever. I can't say enough good things about our technician!

After hearing about Zerorez on radio station 98.7, I was convinced that my carpet (which is just a little over 2 years old) would look relatively new. Even though I pointed out a few high traffic area's to the technician, which he pretreated, they are still dirtier than the rest of the carpet. I didn't mention it to him because I thought after drying those area's would look better. The technician was great, I have no complaints about him at all. Am extremely dis-appointed in the area's I had the most concern about. I will have to find someone else to come out and treat those area's.

Service was very good - technician (Austin) was pleasant & helpful. He worked diligently to clean my upholstery (chair) as much as possible considering its age - worked extra on soiled areas. Austin was very polite and knowledgeable. He also wore "booties" which is fabulous. Austin worked quickly and efficiently. Most of the stains are gone or so light they are not noticeable. Great job and so fast!!

My only question....did he get under the two beds or is that something I should have asked for? It isn't a problem, but I need to know for the next time.

I like the natural cleaners that restored the carpet back to it's original color. I did not realize that the grout in our tile floor would also look like new. After the kitchen tile was done we had the technician clean the tile in the other rooms. Marvelous job!!

What could we do to improve?

Make sure rep arrives in time to do the job. The rep had two cleanings scheduled for the same afternoon, so arrived late and could not complete the job before the time I indicated I had to leave the house. Rescheduling was also a problem. The rep set it up for the next available Saturday morning (10 days later, and I had prepared the house ahead of time by moving all small items and stacking them in other rooms). My house was an obstacle course for those 10 days. When I received a call the day before the appointment, the message said it was for the next afternoon. When I called back, I was told no morning slots were available. It was a big mess getting it straightened out. He did a GREAT job once everything was sorted, but customer service in the scheduling department leaves a lot to be desired.
