The person, Justin, came to clean the vents. He was superb in every way. He use his time well and he was thorough and courteous. He did not object that I kept checking on him to see how and what he was doing. I like to know what is being done to this home.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The carpets felt great and the technician was very nice and professional. I was not happy with the cleaning. Most existing stains remained after carpets dried. An area rug still looked and felt like pet oils (not pet spots) remained. Overall I wasn't happy with the cleaning.

I'm always completely satisfied with my 30+ years old carpets after they have been cleaned. They almost look new, definitely clean! I also liked the tile cleaning (first time I have used that service).

I always like the specials! It prompts me to have them cleaned!
