I am NOT happy at all. My carpet was drenched with water when he left. I didn't even realize how wet it was until I started walking barefoot around the house. I had to use my own carpet machine to pull large amounts of water out of the carpet throughout the house that should never have been left in the carpet. My house smells horrible! If the regular cleaning method won't clean without the pretreatment that costs $60 per room, then you should be honest and tell people that it's really going to cost $89 a room, not $29. That's false advertising. I am sure you expect people to just pay the extra, but I am on a fixed income and I didn't have an additional $180.00 to treat my carpet. If it wasn't going to get clean, he should have told me. I am worse off now, than before he started. My carpet is wet, still dirty and stinking. I signed the work order, but after I started pulling the water out of the carpet throughout the house, I realized that the carpet wasn't clean, really anywhere. He just wanted to get done and get out.
I had water on my kitchen floor until about an hour ago which I had to mop up--he left around 3.
I am appalled at the condition of my carpets. I would have been better off cleaning them myself. I spent about 4 hours total getting ready so that it would be easy and thorough. I have had my carpets cleaned by everyone in the business and this is the worst carpet cleaning I've ever had.
I will never call you again and I will make sure that everyone I know hears about the terrible job you did. Adam needs retraining, because he knows how to wet it down, but he has no clue about removing the excess water from the carpet. My carpet has wood floors under it that are probably damaged.
Words cannot express how upset I am. I am going to have to try and reclean them myself.
YOU OWE ME A REFUND.
Update from Sunday--Still damp at 7:30 a.m. Finally around 1-2 pm carpets finally feel dry.

My small dog recently pooped and the spot never came up. Now it is a brown smeer all over one area. the size of 1 ft by 2 ft.
Also, the dark dirt lines on the edge of the carpet in 2 places is completely dark. It wasn't dark before.

Wow!!! Our technician, Kyle, was a rockstar. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and his wonderful customer service is the reason we will continue to be a loyal customer to Zerorez. Simply put, y'all are the ones who get our carpets the cleanest and keep them that way the longest. Thank you for making our carpets so clean and for employing such a great technician!

The friendliness of the employees, their complete explanation of what they are going to do and the accuracy of their pricing. The house always looks brand new after they are done. It doesn't even look like they were even here because they clean up so well afterwards. I will continue to use then and recommend them.

We like the idea of the zero residue that other carpet cleaners leave behind. We've used you several times and we would recommend you to other people we come in contact with. my only complaint, is that I have requested a few times since using you to have the same technician come out. So it seems that the person making the appointment doesn't really care about that request.
The technician, Jesus, was incredibly kind and did thorough work. He was very informative on how my carpets could be improved and I was grateful for the recommendations and information for my next zerorez service!

I am trying to give this cleaning a chance. It hasnt been 72 hours yet. BUT the urine smell in my carpet is worse than before cleaning.I smell mildew as I enter my front door. I think it is the stairs..uou guys will be out on Monday between 1 and 4
